Part of me was afraid when the remake came out that Yukari's affection for Makoto would be considerably toned down but it came back stronger even her friendship rank 10 feels unnatural like she wanted more from him, I can't wait for the updated Answer portion.
I hope they animate Yukari's breakdown. Like have a full anime cutscene of her crying after the fight as well as Mitsuru reaching out and calming her down.

Don't get why they didn't remove it. Nothing after this showcase anything that makes it seem she has feelings for him and before this it was only if you hugged her which makes this scene feel somewhat different. Her and Mitsuru makes so much more sense with all the moments they have and the way both of them make the other person change/develop. Lot of people are going to be shocked with the Answer over an unnecessary plot line written in just to cause drama. Really hope they go a different route for the Answer with Yukari, that still makes her shine but with better writing and plot/drama that makes sense instead of forced feelings out of nowhere. Her character deserves better.
nah bro yukari’s canon romantic feelings towards the mc is one of the most developed plot points there, and its even more remarked in reload when her platonic route is her saying that your like and her like are different. yuka and mitsuru have a beautiful friendship we see from the get go, but i feel like pushing mitsuru and yukari together in a romantic light has no narrative purpose other than yuri fan service because they don’t have that kind of chemistry at all
You say there is no indication that Yukari have feelings for Makoto after this scene, but when they were cleaning things after cancelled school festival she kinda got jealous of Yuko and Chihiro (before our bros bailed us out). I mean Yukari and Mitsuru friendship is really cool, but I don't really see them as a couple, just couple of besties. Makoto and Yukari is a peak romance tho. It's one of my favorite things in a playthrough, to see the feelings develop between the two of them throughout the entire game.
Even Sensei could smell the drama +Junpei couldn't help Yuka-tan. BUT this scene remind me of how the public systems modified us into being "weird"and socially awkward. In certain perspective , Aigis is just being true to herself and honest at expressing. When everyone look at her and looked surprise~ shouldn't "these" majorities that act surprise at her be counted as the weird one?
