I had a very bad experience . Rakhi reached on promised time,but all the gift items ie.almond,cashews, chocolates were not packed at all. It was a hand delivery ,but was done in a very shoddy manner. Potlis of dryfruits were handed over one by one ,then chocolates ,then rakhi and then roli. And quantity was almost half and I paid rs.1179. It wasn't worth it at all. I felt cheated by this famous company.

FnP is rubbish....brown dibbe mein nahi bhej sakhti(though the emotion of the sender is beautifully presented) when I received my gift it was not packed. The delivery guy was waving the cup from downstairs and telling me to collect it. Also the mug disintegrated in a night. I had tea in the cup and left it in the sink to wash it(it was not even soaked in water), tomorrow the cup crumbled to pieces...😡
