Oda answered a question years ago about real life nationalities/ethnicities of the crew. I imagine it played heavily into the casting.
They honestly did such a good job casting and directing the show. Its pretty much THE ONLY live action anime/manga adaptation I've enjoyed so far.

if you've never edited before, grab an editing software with a more straightforward interface like filmora or davinci resolve. Those have shorter learning curves so you won't struggle in the begging with knowing where everything is. Then just download the videos you want, cut the parts you think are funny, mix them around randomly or in a way they compliment each other, then zoom in and out, add memes, transitions, sound effects, your own commentary and subtitles here and there to make everything funnier and highlight certain parts. At least that's what i tend to do most of the time but I'm no expert. The more you'll do, the more you'll also find your own style of editing, just be creative with it and have fun. Having fun is important cause video editing is a long process. I'm quite slow, a 5 minute video takes me at least 5 hours to make but that's just me, every editor has their own pace. Ok. Hope that helped. Let me know if you have any more questions.
