This has been the most informative 'Whole30' video I have watched on RUclips!! I'm taking notes as if there's a 'Pop Quiz' at the end. Thank You for Sharing!!
One thing about Ghee: Most ghee you find in stores is yellow in color and is really clarified butter. Desi Ghee, which is what they make in India, is a darker color, because rather than skimming the milk solids out when they rise out of the oil, they cook it until the milk solids settle to the bottom. This process adds a lot of nutty, deep flavor and color. So skip the jar, get a pound or two of butter and just cook it in a pot at very low heat until the solids separate, and then fall to the bottom, then strain out the solids and enjoy delicious, savory ghee!
One thing I recommend is making ghee from grass fed butter it’s amazing and east just need some cheese cloth to strain with a mesh strainer 🥰the taste is superior!
Thank you for getting right to the point! I passed two other videos on Whole 30 after watching the first few minutes and still not finding what I was looking for. Then I got your video, you got right to the point, and I learned what I came to learn. Subscribed!
Thanks for this. We started our first Whole 30 today. One meal down! LOL I had found some of these already. I'm lucky, we have a super Wal-Mart a quarter mile away with a Sprouts across the street and Aldi at the next intersection. We watch our sodium so most jarred sauces are out but I still find enough to be useful.
Me, a german who tries to do Whole30...barely any shortcuts and standing in the kitchen half the day because I suck at meal prepping (better said: I will eat the prepared food within a day, because I eat a ton of food.). :D
Love your advice... very thorough. I don't like Primal avocado Mayo. I love Chosen Foods avocado classic Mayo. I love Primal ketchup and dressings... especially Caesar!
Love Grillo's pickles. The whole time I'm eating them, I just can't believe that grillo's even know how to make pickles. I always heard the chimpanzees were the smart ones.
Great video.....you might want to try making your own almond milk. It is so easy, much cheaper and unbelievably delicious. The flavor is incredible. The leftover paste you can use for salmon/chicken/tuna etc fish cakes that are to die for. See Natasha's Kitchen for recipes. Love your channel ❤
If you’re doing whole 30 to break bad habits and poor diet, don’t watch this video. Using a bunch of pre-packed. Things is very much against the basic rule of whole 30. Stick to fresh foods and vegetables fine 30 minutes before the week starts to cut them and put them in an airtight container or soak in water until you’re ready.
This was the most helpful whole 30 video I have ever watched. Thank You!

Best video and so helpful. No annoying intro or annoying music!!! You rock!!! Hope you come out with more 😍😍
I think that butter actually has sunflower oil in it, so depending how strict you are with Whole30, you may want to take that into consideration.
Thank you for this! So much more accessible than lots of Whole 30 videos on youtube!
Love this video, it will be a great start for me! 🤞🏼

I So wish primal kitchen made items that weren't based with avocado. I'm allergic! But thank you for such a helpful video!! :)
Super helpful! Thank you
Do the pre prepped, frozen foods not count as processed? I thought that everything had to be fresh from scratch?
whoa, this video is the best!
This is great! I just started whole30 5 days ago and was having trouble with finding compliant foods.
Do you have a list of all of the products you show in this video?

I never thought about using pork rinds as a breading for stuff like chicken 🤯
Is this whole30 good for people like me with Endometriosis

Bubly is a good sparkling water
Very helpful!
Walmart in Canada still kinda sucks. No Primal Kitchen products, no large bags of cauliflower rice, etc. Oh well. 🤷🏻♀️
what else can we drink other then sparking flavored water? lmaoo. Man whole30 seems to extreme for me. I cant live without my artifical sugars lmaooo
I thought nuts were legumes? Am I wrong? Lol
Just peanuts are legumes! :)
@@MadAboutFood thanks!
