今回はいつものデコロールではなく、下書きとして絵を焼いて、ホイップクリームで色付けするタイプのケーキです。手間はかかりますが、ムースとスポンジとホイップクリームを同時に味わえる楽しいケーキです。

You have paper size 25x25- You cut off 18 x 14, remains 7x11. How to get 18x8?

Receta 1 para hacer dibujo de cerezas en café: 5g de claras, 5 g mantequilla, 5g azúcar, 5 g harina. Molde 25x25. Papel para hornear. Dibujo en hoja A4. Engrasar el papel con aceite. Receta 2 para la esponja: 2 yemas, 50 g azúcar, 30 ml aceite, 50 ml agua, 3 clase tamaño M o G, 60g harina cernida 2 veces, esencia de vainilla ella usa aceite. Receta para mousse: 6 g gelatina hidratada en 2 cdas agua y derretida en microondas o baño María, 100 ml crema, 150 ml leche, 30g azúcar, 5-6 g te a gusto. Preparar una gelatina que les guste para cortar. Receta para decorar: recipiente con agua y hielo, 16 g azúcar, 200 ml crema para batir, (sugiere añadir 2 g de gelatina hidrata y derretida para lograr una crema más firme). Para colorear usa polvos de colores una cdta de cada uno con un poquito de agua, uno para rojo, cocoa para café y té verde para verde mezclados con agua caliente. El resto para la decoración blanca. Espero haberles ayudado.❤️
