Hi when you first receive this can it be left out for a little or does it need to be put in the fridge untill I use it? How long does this last once it's reactivated and once the rehydrating medium is mixed with the culture vial and is put back in with the tube containing the rehydration medium is the whole vial useable for inoculating petri dishes?

What temperature should you incubate the culture right after rehydration
