Apparently, as you saw the horse Pablo there... Oak wood equestrian is if I remember correctly inspired by a real-life barn, I'd guess that the horses are inspired by their horses too, so I assume Pablo is maybe a horse that can't jump for some reason(in reality) and they got him into this game.
