Thanks for the video, it was very instructive! I will follow the Maths and Econ course next year and would like to know the amount of work that it approximatively represents every day? Thank you for your answer
Hi thanks a lot for your comment! So for each module you have 2 hours of lectures, and a one hour class per week. And after every lecture, you normally get set homework that you are expected to complete for the class. In terms of how much work really depends on the individual. It is possible to just attend the lectures and do the homeworks each week, but it ultimately depends on how quickly you absorb the new information. But if you would like to do extra readings etc. then you will be spending much more time per module per week. Let me know if you have anymore questions! Sorry about the late reply! You can contact me on Instagram too if you like @saubreezy
well for stats/maths modules you won't have any essays to do. usually we got problem sheets to do every week before our classes. typically you're looking at one problem sheet a week for each module, so on average 4 a week, but that will depend on what modules you select etc.
Is there any requirements for switching the courses, because i'm looking to apply for the LSE and i'm not actually sure that whether i 'm strong enough to get in
hi sorry for the late reply, usually they look at your first/second year performance (depending on what year you want to switch), and I've heard that the might look at your a-levels too. But university performance will be the key thing that they tend to look at - sometimes there might be specific modules that you will have get e.g. a first class in
@@shutdownmedia6040 thanks man your videos are really helpful. Is it worth applying to Bs in math stats and business with A*A*A*AB however math is only and A .They require 3A but I heard rumours that lSE is full of above requirement students?
Cheers man appreciate it! Yeah man with those A Levels for sure apply to it, you would have a great chance of getting an offer. What A Levels are you studying? There's actually more of a mix than you would expect, some people even get in with A*AB, so you should be good
