Hi, Once you create webservice in sap, You can call with both http or https Configuration need to be check in tcode SMICM,. Click on services and check which protocol is maintained
sir, as per given step followed when i try to test service i get message from browser as "This site can’t be reached".Is there any issue with port settings?i checked active services in smicm but wont get results.Please help in this regard

When you are testing, then by default domain name comes, try to put IP address of server, which you can get from logon pad.
and then try.
