Bro, you can get the door hinge stoppers changed at any authorised Toyota service center. I had the same problem in my 2009 Altis 1.8G variant. Now after replacing the stoppers (or whatever you call it), all the doors have a halfway stop and won't simply open up till the far limit of the hinge. And it is a genuine toyota spare part. If you prefer to change for the front doors only, you could order for just one pair (2 pieces). Thank you for your time and effort in making this video. It is indeed an awesome car. Drives like a dream and it's so comfortable. I don't feel tired even after a 800 or 1000 km drive. Fantastic car.

To answer you, must look for lesser driven car sir. Like 50 k types on odo. Best price for the car you mentioned should be 3.20 max. Absolutely no problem of parts and service. Toyota is magnificent.
