A couple of lovely days out and about. Another person I watch on youtube named Catherine Carton, who goes by Dainty Diaries and is located in Dublin, has also started a bee hive within the last week or so. I will be watching both of you as you progress with your bees, safely from Canada!

We have just made our first two batches of elderflower cordial, oh my its just such a beautiful cordial. I would so love to know more elderflower recipes. Being baby less for a time is such a weird feeling isnt it, i hope you enjoyed grown up time. x
It really is the most refreshing drink for summer! The recipe we'd really recommend is to do an elderflower flavoured vinegar. It's as simple as adding a couple of heads to white wine vinegar and leaving for a few days to infuse... Makes divine salad dressings 🙂
