Mark from North Idaho. Great to see all the locations your subscribers are from. I enjoy your videos - relaxing, entertaining and informative. Keep up the good work.
Rural Cass county Missouri, near Harrisonville. Started watching your channel last fall after purchasing a 1972 Ford 3000 with industrial loader on it. Gotten lots of good ideas from watching. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Plainfield Illinois, but the 20 acres of land (woods) I work is in Three Oaks Michigan( about an hour and a half away). I use your videos to figure out what I am doing, even though I have no equipment yet, only my back. Keep up the good work!!
I really love watching your videos because I love tractors, wood cutting, and building/maintaining driveways & woods trails. I have a 1951 Ford 8N with a Wagner loader on it and together we have done a tremendous amount of work on my property in the last 31 years. That grapple is a fine piece of equipment! I also have backhoe envy, but that's a whole 'nother story. LOL I'm up here in NH. One of my sisters lives in PA, though.
Fayetteville, WV here. 100 acres on the rim of the New River Gorge. I have a Farmtrac 60 and Massey 1720. I Really need a bigger 4 wheel drive tractor with a grapple and like the looks of the 55. Thank you for putting one to work for us. They just opened a new Rural King about 20 miles from here that has tractors. Way more affordable than anything in green paint.
I was super excited when you said seat time, new attachments and deer mount! Can’t wait for the next ones! Twain Harte, CA West slope of the Sierra Nevada’s
I am from the Netherlands and I have been following your channel for a few months now. It has some great content. That grapple looks like it has lots of possibillities. Besides clearing brush and stumps, it seams like a great way to get a bunch of logs on workinghight for chainsaw cutting. Hold those logs over a trailer or something and you won't even have to pick your cut logs from the ground for transport.
Hey Mike, Bob here. From the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Better known as the U.P. I've really been enjoying your videos. I've been binge watching them trying to catch up. I'm in the process of picking up a Kubota B2301 with a few attachments. A brush hog, a box blade and a snow blower. We have 80 acres and a deer camp up here and I can't wait to put that thing to work. Just have to wait for some of our snow to go. It's been pretty mild here lately, just not warm enough to melt the snow. Anyway, I just wanted to you know I appreciate these videos as I'm learning quit a bit about the tractors and attachments. This will be my first tractor so I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again.
Creekside, PA here, Have a Kioti tractor with front loader, bolt on teeth, box blade, tiller and brush hog. Like the RK55, sweet looking grapple too! Can't justify the cost for one on 20 acres. Keep up the great work on the videos!
Hey Mike, just found your channel and have spent quite a bit of time watching the videos, nice job by the way and love them all so far. I am from Rochester, NY and I am living my dream of owning some property thru you for now. Keep them coming and I only have about 350 videos to go to catch up.
Hey Mike just started watching your channel and getting all caught up on your episodes really good stuff. I'm down here in southwest Georgia and a first time tractor owner. Looking forward to the next video on tractor attachments!
Hello Morgans from Hartford County, Connecticut.! Great channel. There's a few of us folks out on the East Coast that love the rural living. Keep up the great work!
Hello Mike I can't see you going back to a small tractor ! I can see for my self that that tractor is a good size for the amount of land you've got and what jobs you are doing with it now. The grapple is a brilliant tool , and to have a back hoe for digging out those roots ! Your place is going to change quite quickly this year .
Boaz Alabama, i just got threw with digging and putting in some wire to my barn. Its really fun using the compact tractors. Cannot wait to see your extra tools for your tractor.
Hello Mike! Just wanted to thank you for all of the useful information I’ve gleaned from your videos. I have very recently purchased 30 wooded acres in Southern Indiana that has been in the previous owners family for several generations. The property has never been timbered or mined, which in this area is a very rare property. My wife and I are empty nesters, with two grown sons and two grown daughters. I retired 2 years ago after 30 years of federal service and my wife retired this year after 31 years federal service. We are both very anxious to begin our “Farm” experiences. A dream we have had for many years. I grew up in a blacksmith shop and on a farm, while my wife is strictly a “City” girl. ( I have taught her how to fish and hunt and she loves both ). I have been shopping for tractors for the last several months and have decided on a Kubota Grand L 3560. I had already assembled an attachment list which included a loader, box scraper, straight blade, and rotors cutter. However after much RUclips watching and your RK55 use with the Grapple, I have also added it to my list. Do you offer any recommendations on the tractor or attachment choices. I had considered a backhoe, but after research and your assessment, I agree that a weekend rental of an excavator would be the more practical application of money and effort. We close on our property this Thursday and I pick up the tractor Friday and we are very excited. I have been binge watching your videos to catch up ( I started in mid February) and my wife has been stating that I spend to much time with you instead of her. 😬 I really like your sense of presentation and the sincerity of your videos, along with your outdoors spirit. Thanks again, Jeff @ Deer Creek Farm
Putnam County, NY. Tough couple weeks here, Mike. Nor'easter last week dumped 2 feet of snow and we have another one coming tomorrow night. Had no power for 6 days. Generator, tractor, snowblower and chainsaws all working full duty. Reminded me of your "Preparedness" videos. Gets me thinking of what else do I need. Keep up the great videos.
Flagler Beach Florida. Looking forward to the Roto-Tiller video. Perfect advise on the 2060 Brush Hog works beautifuly with my 2501. Thank you for all your help and your videos.
My son and I really enjoy your informative videos, keep it up. Look forward to see how you like the RK 55. They seem to be priced right, anxious to see how they continue to perform and hold up. I'm from southeast Wisconsin.
I am from Uniontown, OH. Been watching your videos for some time now. Glad you switched over to the RK tractors since we have a Rural King located in New Philadelphia, OH that carries them. The RK is such a good value compared to the primary brand tractors that I expect them to make some serious inroads in the local market. My only wish is that Rural King would locate a store closer to us in the Akron area. Keep the videos coming. Am looking to see how the tiller does making a food plot for the local critters.
Dormont neighborhood of Pittsburgh. You’re channel has really motivated us to start looking for some wooded acreage and get out of the city. Our 1/10th of an acre lot isn’t cutting it anymore after watching all of your videos haha. If you know anyone looking to sell 20-30 wooded acres around the area let me know! If you don’t snatch it up first haha
Just found your channel and subscribed! Really enjoy the backhoe videos ,as my wife and I have 15 acres in Metamora, Michigan, and were thinking seriously about getting a 485 backhoe for my 2011 John Deere 4120. Lots of small stumps(4-8 inch dia.) to clear for our new house build site! Thanks again for the videos!
Southwest lower Michigan. Watching your videos gets me fired up to go out back and work/play. So far I’m liking that RK tractor. Can’t wait to check out the attachments. We have an RK store about 10 miles from us. I get a lot of stuff from them.
