Dishes are my most hated task. My mom showed me some things that really helped me get through them easier. I'm 74' Moms 93. By now one would think I know everything about organization HA! She showed me if when I start prepping and cooking, fill the sink with soapy water just cool enough you can get your hand in without a burn. As I cook, I toss everything into the water exceot sharp things, and very greasy things. As my food is cooking, I wash and rinse these dishes and put them into the other clean sink. They are almost self cleaning if washed right after using. I also clean most of my used pots and pans that are cool enough before I sit down to eat. I'm toast after eating. On bad days I make myself do 10 things, like pick up and put away 10 things before I allow myself to sit down. And I try to put like things together. If I see a few things that need to go to the bedroom, I pile them all in one spot so when I go to the bedroom I take them all in one trip. It took me about 2 months of serious self training to get my brain into shape to just naturally do these helps.
@@joellenbroetzmann9053 Don't think you have to do it all at once. Now this is coming from a messy housekeeper(/squalor at times). Do a little at a time and then go back in a little while. Just don't give up also if you use a dish wash that dish and put it up to dry. I would help you if we were close. my friend and I used to help each other and would gag but we were best friends so we just got through it. You can too. You deserve it, friend. Best wishes. Keep us posted.
I always do the “full sink” thing and what this means is that by the time we sit down to eat, the kitchen is already clean (soaking stuff means it goes faster too!) Makes all the difference, because you are not overwhelmed by piles of bowls, cutting boards, pots and pans. Throwing plates and silverware in the dishwasher goes quickly too, and you’re no longer faced with a pile. (Hint: if you are doing small prep, you can just fill a bowl or other container with soapy water and you can throw utensils, etc in to soak, again, by the time you are done with the prep, the cleaning is basically done too - win-win!)
I'm 74 and just learning how to manage the mess. When I got married, I knew how to do laundry. One husband, five kids (and spouses), 16 grandkids (1 yr old to almost 16 years) later I'm just catching on.
I've been dealing with depression since March when my son passed away. I've started cleaning n just run out of energy n never finish it. Today I woke up at 5am n cleaned for 7 hours. Felt good.
It usually helps to teach our kids how to clean up after themselves and to generally make it a habit to do dishes immediately so they don’t pile up…..personally I can’t stand a mess but I love watching you get the place together
I understand how this can happen, sometimes it becomes over whelming. However it shouldn’t fall on the one person, she didn’t do all this. Come on your sharing a house, share the cleaning as well.
The most relatable person on RUclips! You are so right about energy and motivation needs to show up, sometimes it takes weeks for both to happen together, I totally understand. Wish it was different too. 😀
Several years ago I started wearing flip flops with a supportive cushioned sole in my house and it as made a huge difference in how long I can clean. The shoes are just strictly for indoors. It has saved my back and feet. I’m 65 and I can go for hours cleaning.
Yes, wear some type of shoes with an arch support when you are in the house, especially when cleaning. Birkenstocks are great on your feet, and they give your legs some relief also. 😊
I usually like watching dishes and laundry videos, because sometimes you learn a new technique to do them. You don't have to pre clean your dishes to go in your dishwasher, your dishwasher and detergent should work for you, it's supposed to have a sensor in it so when it registers that the water is clear then it assumes the dishes are clean, which is why sometimes if you prewash, your dishes still don't get clean, because the machine thinks they're already clean. I like your videos so far I've watched 5-6 of them I think. I love your kitchen and living area, it's huge!! Great for big families and get toegethers!!
@@feraltradwife Perhaps some therapy? Seriously, it sounds like OCD. 🤗 A dishwasher repairman once told me that not having the little bits of leftover food on your dishes causes the dishwasher to clean LESS efficiently and leaves your dishes not as clean. This information is also in the dishwasher handbook that comes with new machines is in several articles on housecleaning I've read. Seriously, to know this fact and still insisting on hand washing before putting your dishes through the dishwasher because you think they won't be clean otherwise does sound like a OCD which is a serious condition and not to be taken lightly. It can negatively affect your children and the rest of your life. Please at least consider this and perhaps check it out with a therapist. I do want to also say I really enjoy your channel and many of your ideas. 😊
No offense, but that is embarrassingly filthy. If you work, your husband and kids need to be helping you out. If you are a SAHM, sorry but there is just no excuse for that much filth when your only job is your family and home.
@@jodyt8548 I guess you haven't been watching for very long. She and her husband are both having health issues right now that cause sever fatigue and pain, both of which can cause you to get behind on a lot of things. And having 4 kids, pets, extra curicular activities, etc to take care of, it becomes a lot. I don't know anybody who can do it all perfectly, if that's you, please make a RUclips channel and give us some tutorials.
@@WendyHannan-pt7ez Teach your kids to rinse off plates, etc. after each meal or snack, and put in dishwasher or sink. Have them put wrappers and other trash, into the trash can. Have them gather everything they want to keep (toys, shoes, etc.) and take them to their room before bed each night. That right there will take care of 75% of the mess.
This is a fresh of breath air- showing your viewers the reality of what a busy household is like, when you’re mentally checked out and exhausted. I really enjoyed watching you clean from beginning to end, it gave me the motivation to clean. Since you have mostly hard flooring, please look into getting a vacumop. Tineco is the one I have and it will cut your cleaning time in half. It vacuums and mops at the same time
Depression and housework are arch enemies, great sign that you are feeling better and clearing your environment - however no need to wash dishes before using dishwasher - the science backs this, save yourself some trouble. Thank you for this video and your lovely chat.
Girl, i appreciate your video so much!! You're HONEST & you crack me up. You have a Beautiful home, filled with Love & Fur babies! 💞 I really cant stand the videos of homes that are Already SPOTLESS & theres like 3 dirty cups around the house, you have a Real Home thats Actually Lived in! Be proud of what you accomplished. I feel like im always cleaning on a constant basis, but if its only 1 load of laundry done for the day, im ok with it. Go easy on yourself, you are doing a fantastic job! 💞
I needed this motivation today! It got me through my closing shift and I’ll go to bed with a clean kitchen and a tidy “living area.” It’s multiple rooms that are all open on the first floor. Thanks for another great video Beth!!
Hi, I just wanted to say you are not alone in washing dishes before loading them. My sister and I both do that too! And her mother-in-law. My cousin does the same. You are not the only one! My dad (who did all the maintenance in our home growing up) taught me to never put dishes in the dishwasher with food or grease on them. It will eventually clog your dishwasher's filter and can cause the water to not drain properly.
hey, Sammy! I pace a lot too, except i usually pace in very short lines and like to turn around a lot. and I also struggle with knowing the temperature and gauging my comfort level in the moment! interoception is usually pretty hard for us, so it's nice to have people in our lives that can help keep us safe while we're doing our thing :) happy stimming!
I have a daughter with severe autism, non-verbal and she does laps too. That is a full time job in itself. I clean daily and laundry too. When my other children were home, they had to help out with a few chores. You have a beautiful big house, lots of pets and kids and it's a lot of work for one person. This is my first time seeing your video. Love it and good for you! You are amazing. Get your kids to help out. They are part of the family too! Mom doesn't have to do everything.
My Mom always said on any room pick up trash(if any) first then pick up dishes, clothes(if any), clean ceiling light/fan, mirrors, figurines, dust, vacuum and go over walls. When my Mom cleaned a room it was cleaned from ceiling to floor. She had certain days she washed, mopped, dusted, vacuumed, scrubbed bathrooms, etc all while working. I admired her. We use to get compliments on how clean our house was especially with six kids. My Mom is gone now to be with the Lord but I remember so many things she taught us. ❤ When I dont want to clean something I think of my Mom and I do it. 🌻
Agreed. Your mom is literally super mom. I have a friend who lives on a farm and has a full time job and school full time and large house and still keeps it clean! Some people just have that super power❤
I am so happy for you that you have motivation and energy at the same time today. I am always so sad when that happens to me and have to waste that time cleaning instead of doing something fun!😅 I Love watching your animals help you with the rug and the cleaning. Now I need some of your energy to rub off on me. Thanks for sharing your real struggles. I love how you need to negotiate with yourself. I definitely understand that the struggle is VERY real. Hope your having a good day!
Thank you so much Elaine!! I am really hoping to keep it going slowly but surely. I didn’t burn myself out terribly last time and that give me hope that maybe I’m getting a bit better. I hope you managed to grab some energy from me and you’re absolutely crushing it right now!!
Hello!! First time viewer here. The part about not using beauty/body filters is commendable. And your reasoning why absolutely makes sense. The part where you said having to edit your face and then looking in the mirror in real time I was like…🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽!! Never really thought about that from that POV! I don’t judge any you tuber who does use beauty/body filters because as a woman I get it. I understand why someone would want to or feel the need to do that but I just never thought about the looking in the mirror part. It makes me wonder how much that affects their mental well being. Or if it does affect it. Also i feel so much better about not being the only one who finds it so very hard to find the motivation to clean my home. Some days i really do try and force myself to find the motivation but omg I think I spend more time thinking of all that needs to be done that I get too overwhelmed and nothing gets done. But watching this absolutely helps!! So thank you for sharing!!🫶🏽😊
ive only just come across your channel and i love it. im from the UK and struggle badly with with depression (Bipolar) and also mmotivation and my house is awful. i love the fact that you show/film the real life and i can get on board with that so thank you and much love xxxx

I’m here because MidwestMagicCleaning suggested your channel. I’m enjoying your content and I completely understand your struggle,I see a little of myself in it. We can only do what we can when we can.
Same here. If anything all that dawn dish soap with turn the water in the dishwasher to bubbles in turn making the dishwasher run ineffective. Just rinse and put them in girl. Cut your dishes time in half :)
I am so amazed at your cleaning skills and how you use those rushes in your brain. Mine levels me into just stopping and you have given me hope and the feeling that it is OK to just go with it when it hits, or it will never get done. THANK YOU!!!
Jackie I find myself frozen so often too! I get so stuck and my mind races and I can’t seem to catch any thoughts and I just get so stuck. I started trying to implement steps I learned in a book when it happens. And I’m allowed to stop at any level if I need. 1) trash. Pick up the trash 2) dishes. Move them to the sink. Do them if you can 3) laundry. Gather it and start a load if you can. 4) put away the things that have a place 5) find a place for the things that don’t have a place. But when my brain has ideas on how to clean I just follow the dopamine and see what gets done. ❤️ you’ve got this babe!!
you are very welcome. when it hits me it hits in a three day cycle. i kept a journal to find the pattern. and reread my journals often if I forget anything. I've been to;d all mu life that I cannot do things as well as others. and I found one thing within myself. in every jouirnal I have had. it is this. I do what I do as well as me. and that is all that matters. I don't have to do it their way. I do it mine. God Bless and keep you all.
I've only watched your latest video (Unsupervised Nonsense 😋) and half of this one so far but I just want to say that I really love your editing and voiceovers. I personally prefer videos with voiceovers rather than just Timelapse's and music and your voice is so nice to listen to and I relate a lot to what you're saying. I fully and totally relate to the energy+motivation conundrum and I've just reached the part of the video where you took a break and lost the mojo and gosh did that feel like I was watching myself. The energy comes in fits and bursts and I've got to try and make the most of it while it's there, only to lose it so easily from simple things. I sometimes get a bit down on myself about it when I watch other videos like this from people who seem to have so much energy, so it was nice to see a video with someone who's a bit like me in that regard. And you've probably made up your mind by now but I like the rug 😊 💜💜
Okay, I finished the second half of the video and 1) I love your humour, 2) I also relate to the if-I-can't-see-it-it-ceases-to-exist problem 😣, 3) I loved your "chatting just to chat" so no need to apologise, 4) I can confirm that while I miss my rotty deeply, I do not miss the utterly ridiculous amount of fur that would end up everywhere (I would be regularly shocked she still had any fur left with how much shed would shed lol), 5) I'm impressed with how much you got done after you weren't feeling it anymore! 💜💜
1) welcome, I’m thrilled to have you! 2) I hate cleaning videos where the house is basically perfect. That has never and will never be my reality and it just makes me feel bad. 3) thank you for liking my editing and voiceovers! I’m still learning how to edit and I have to RUclips how to tutorials every other video but I’m getting so much better! 4) rotties are so amazing. My girl is getting old and it hurts my heart. I don’t know if we would get another rottie after her - we will have to see.
Girl yes on the rug! I have had the ruggables and the other brand similar with the matts under them and it's just to much when it's animal pee. Switched to thinner washable rugs and it's been amazing! It looks just like yours.
Hi! New subscriber here. I heard about your channel from MMC. Thank you for sharing the nuts and bolts of what it takes to just get things done sometimes. I love your narration, too! I also just have to say how it did my heart such good to see your son put his tablet down to engage with and love on the little pup who approached him with a toy toward the end of your video. For some reason, that put the biggest smile on my face. Thank you for sharing all this as it is encouraging and motivating. 💟
Congratulations on pushing through on the cleaning of your home dear!!! I also have days where I to overdue it with the cleaning and then feel exhausted the next day. It's not a fun zone to be in. You can go to bed with ease knowing when you wake up the next day it will be clean. Then the chaos can start all over again.
Good for you, girl.. i know the feeling. I can't keep my house clean for the life of me. My depression is kicking my ass. But like you I'm feeling energetic, at least for now. Best wishes and keep up the great🎉 work.❤ Update: bedroom clean -- just have to sweep and vacuum, kitchen pretty good. Bathroom sparkling. Stove looks brand new. All dishes washed even though I didn't have many, swep, just need to mop BUT THE BIG JOB is next: fridge and freezer. I figure it should take about an hour. or less. There used to be a board online called my messy house where we could post before and after pics. I loved that board. Anyway, going to try to tackle the fridge/ freezer. Best wishes all. From NY. Don't give up.
First time viewer of your content..your honesty is refreshing, i totally relate when you say it is hard to have the energy AND the motivation simultaneously! Super true! Many youtubers that clean just have a natural motivation to clean, its like they were born for it. Not me, its brain numbing and then the energy factor is never there. To answer your question, i love when normal speed is shown to me because i can clean alongside you in my normal speed. It feels authentic and relieving that im not the only one that takes so long to get one thing done. I love your transparency letting us know you were using your floor cleaner incorrectly lol it makes me feel less bad about making mistakes like this because i feel i do things like that too often lol maybe i blow the frequency out of proportion..but im watching all your videos now because you show your train of thought, your tangents are relatable, your transparency makes us connected. Btw i mop the same way as you! I dont like hauling around a bucket of water lol I agree, push yourself a little further but dont overdue it because the next day you will be depleted. I have to remind myself of this all the time!!
wait!!! I didn't know I mopped weird! But at least we can be weirdos together. I'm so happy you found me. I love having a community of people like me around. Its just nice knowing I'm not alone and that I'm not broken for not LOVING cleaning like some do.
@@feraltradwife lol i thought i was genius when i started making little puddles of water mixed with floor cleaner around the house and then mopped over all of it 😂 i hate the huge buckets of water, too much work and back pain!! Love the rugs!! Love the longer videos 😊 it’s early morning here so I’ve been laying in my bed, drinking my coffee and watching you doing what I need to do in a few minutes. My whole schedule has been off since beginning of June, my husband has been home more and I have been watching my grandsons for the summer, just two days a week ( four of them!) one day I go to my daughters house , when I’m there I do her three boys laundry and always some kind of cleaning, yesterday was taking her kitchen blind down and wash blind and curtain to wash and iron the curtain. Then stripped their bedding and wash everything! I’m exhausted when I leave there. Now to get to my work!! Love watching your videos!! Thanks for making them😊❤
Good Morning Margie!! I love that you are watching your grand babies this summer, I bet they are making some sweet memories. And it’s so kind of you to do so much cleaning! That’s a lot of work!! I hope you have a beautiful day today and get some nice rest here and there ❤️
I vote to have you cut down the dish washing parts. I really don't understand washing them before putting them in the dishwasher, but everyone has their preferences. You go girl. You give me such inspiration.
I swear I love you! Real Real Real! This is my first video watching you. I can relate to everything you have said and done today. House work can be overwhelming just like life. Thank you for being you.
Watching you for the first time , love the way you say what we all think 😂, We all have the out of sight out of mind adhd ,you did great 👍 , snack as you go along keeps the slump moments away
Hi, I owned a cleaning service for 30 years, I fully understand where you're coming from in the area of energy levels. You are 100% correct do your dishes. Maybe not spend quite as much time scrubbing each dish. Make sure you get the harden food off and then the rest of the food will come off in the dishwasher. That will save a little bit of time. Go through the house each day and pick up the items that you visibly see and straighten pillows and blankets fold them so on and so forth. Each pick a task for each day for the week. For example: Daily, Dishes, throw a load of laundry in. While it's in, pick up items on floors, couches, table that don't belong there. Have several baskets sitting out. Throw items that belong to each basket in the baskets. So one basket for your kid, one for you, one for your husband etc... so when you find stuff on the floor if it's yours it goes in your basket so on and so forth. Then those baskets get taken to the bedrooms. Try to pick up items every day in the rooms that guests will see. This alone will make your house look clean daily. Then each day pick an additional task to do, so on Monday clean the kitchen it will be extra dirty from the weekend. You will definitely want it cleaned lol. Tuesday, do a light dusting with a feather duster. Trust me feather dusters will make the work go quickly. Wednesday vacuum the carpeting in the house and the furniture in the living room. Thursday remove fingerprints on doors and windows, and sweep and mop floors. ( Daily, though pick up what is on the floors, toys, paper etc... Friday, Clean the bathrooms. You will notice that when you clean them every Friday they will be a quick wipe down each week, instead of a deep clean. Then when the weekend gets there you can relax with your family and your house is clean for company. Then once a month all you have to do is remove cobwebs, and wipe some cupboards down in the bathroom and kitchen. Does your ceiling fans. Other little things like that. Once every 3 months you can do the top of the refrigerator, and other items that you don't get to weekly. Then once a year you can do windows inside and out.
Omg… first time watching you & it made me feel like I’m not alone in this cleaning world!!! My anxiety always gets the best of me n the few times that it doesn’t, I try so hard to take advantage of it n clean n much as I can! Thank you so much for this video. I would love to see more of this & in real time (if possible) thank you again!
Hi Beth! Love The rug in that room..... the design is 👌. You asked about the rug under the table a little too small but still works. Yeah you got it done. ❤
i load the dishwasher through out then start it when its full so it isnt as overwhelming or daunting then hand wash bigger things such as pots, pans, or anything with long handles
I would melt completely cleaning house over 73 degrees. We do bump ours up to 73 during the day but at night to be able to sleep it’s 70. And in the winter during the day we do 70 and at night 65. The older I’ve gotten and with these hot flashes I like the temp cooler in the house.

I am a fan of Midwest magic cleaning, and I see he commented on your video. I love someone who is so secure that they show their own home. The reality of life. I have to do my kitchen after this. Wish me luck! I feel the same about clothes. Why do we spend so much of our life on this? Thank you, I subscribed! Your ADHD friend from Wyoming.
Welcome Nancy! I’m so happy to have you! It’s hard showing my own mess but also motivating to try to be better. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. But always trying.
@feraltradwife you are excellent and I love your sense of humor!! I got my kitchen done and yes you motivated me!!! I had some old canned jelly sitting on my cupboard, about 8 jars. It was putting me off, because I didn't know if I should just dump it in the trash, or flush it. Anyway once I got going on that, I was fine. So thank you. I am watching Midwest Magic cleaning right now, then am jumping to one of your videos. Thank you for what you do.
Try just scraping off dishes once then put them right into the dishwasher. Saves time. Exceptions smelly foods like fish. You are an amazing mom and cleaner.
You won’t miss the dog hair, but you will feel immense love and appreciation and nostalgia for the dog and the memories when you look behind a piece of furniture and find that big old ball of hair sitting in some dust after the dogs been gone for a while… part of you might not even want to clean it because it’s a final piece of them that’s long been left behind that you can’t get back Also the rug looks good. I’d keep it
Girl switch ur dining table over to this area with the rug...use console table behind couch on that big wall...how fun to switch things up....glad u felt better 😊
That area is actually supposed to be the formal dining room area! I’m just not fancy enough for all that. I’m a “want to eat on the couch” sort of girl. 😬 I do love rearranging the house though…. 🥰🥰🥰

Hello VonniDe my love!! I totally understand being sad a frustrated when you have to push yourself. It’s like we are disappointed that it isn’t there naturally. Like maybe something is broken 😞. But we are amazing and eventually we can get through it!!
Hi Beth! Loved the long video. I am very excited to see what your super secret decorating plan is going to be👍🏻👍🏻 you mentioned you were growing tired of the gray walls. Just throwing an idea out there for what it’s worth (which is not much 😂)-maybe you would like an accent wall with a pop of color or a fun peel and stick wallpaper. Maybe the wall with the coffee station and that awesome mug collection? Love you!
I hate that idea. But also maybe I love that idea. I feel sooooo torn on the wall color issue. I love grey walls, but I’m bored of grey walls. Accent walls are dated and stupid but sometimes stunning and perfection. 🫠 I’m putting too much thought into all of this. My mind is going a mile per hour.
Came here from Midwest Magic Cleaning recommendation. Glad Mack sent me here. Looking forward to more of your videos. Girl we need Mack to make a sign that has his saying…” oh look, more dishes” to hang over our sink. I hate doing dishes.

I think I’m going to try your moms trick. It sounds brilliant

I’m happy to help you! Now go fold your laundry!
The most relatable person on RUclips! You are so right about energy and motivation needs to show up, sometimes it takes weeks for both to happen together, I totally understand. Wish it was different too. 😀
Agh! Thank you Michele! It sucks that we need both, I feel like we should be able to summon them at a whim!
Midwest magic cleaning recommended your channel. I love the reality of your channel. Thank you for what you’re doing. 💕🥰💕
It’s honestly so crazy and amazing!!! Welcome!
I was recommended by the moose spin kicker too! 😂
Several years ago I started wearing flip flops with a supportive cushioned sole in my house and it as made a huge difference in how long I can clean. The shoes are just strictly for indoors. It has saved my back and feet. I’m 65 and I can go for hours cleaning.
Same! A pair of Archies thongs will set you on the right path. 🩴
I know I don’t but it’s just my habit. I feel so uncomfortable and don’t think the dishes are clean otherwise. ❤️
@@jodyt8548 awww! No offense but I could give two shits about your opinion!
For those who hate a sink full of dishes, wash as you cook. Load your dishwasher each night so you don't face dirty dishes in the morning
U go girl
We know how to do it, some times we get stuck and can’t.
What dishwasher.....
So. If I do dishes while cooking, where do I wash my rice? Where do I put the pasta water? What dishwasher?
@@WendyHannan-pt7ez Teach your kids to rinse off plates, etc. after each meal or snack, and put in dishwasher or sink. Have them put wrappers and other trash, into the trash can. Have them gather everything they want to keep (toys, shoes, etc.) and take them to their room before bed each night. That right there will take care of 75% of the mess.
You are beautiful and thank you for not using a filter!!!! We aren't wearing makeup n dolling ourselves up to clean our houses so this makes sense.❤
Wow, girl,
What an incredible house clean you did, and your rugs look good
So, thanks for sharing 👍
Feral, I absolutely love your personality and videos! You are such a sweet heart and fun to spend some time with! ;) Thank you!❤
Officially my favourite RUclipsr! I related to everything she said. That gives me a massive sense of relief.
👑👑👑👑. Welcome babe. You’re amazing, I’m sure of it.
It vacuums and mops at the same time
Thank you!
I do want one of those actually!! They seem amazing. 🤩
Thank you❤️❤️ I appreciate it so much babe
I needed this motivation today! It got me through my closing shift and I’ll go to bed with a clean kitchen and a tidy “living area.” It’s multiple rooms that are all open on the first floor. Thanks for another great video Beth!!
Yes!!!! You get this done babe!!! Although this was a few hours ago so….how did you do? Did you get a lot accomplished?
Hi, I just wanted to say you are not alone in washing dishes before loading them. My sister and I both do that too! And her mother-in-law. My cousin does the same. You are not the only one! My dad (who did all the maintenance in our home growing up) taught me to never put dishes in the dishwasher with food or grease on them. It will eventually clog your dishwasher's filter and can cause the water to not drain properly.
@@carmanjones9013 thank you Carmen!

They do lots of chores, just not on camera. ❤️❤️❤️
Love your narration, it’s like spending time with a friend
Because we are friends! I love seeing you guys here in the comments hanging out with me.
I love the dish washing long or short. It helps motivate me to clean mine. Thanks so much.
REALLY Enjoyed the long video...Thank you!🫶🫶
Thank you Tammi my sweet!!!
Your mom sounds lovely.
Agreed. Your mom is literally super mom. I have a friend who lives on a farm and has a full time job and school full time and large house and still keeps it clean! Some people just have that super power❤
So nice to see you again, Beth! You did an awesome job!

You did an amazing job! And the back porch and yard are gorgeous.
ive only just come across your channel and i love it. im from the UK and struggle badly with with depression (Bipolar) and also mmotivation and my house is awful. i love the fact that you show/film the real life and i can get on board with that so thank you and much love xxxx

I love seeing your furbabies follow you around doing your housework. It makes my heart happy. I SO miss my lil dog,Zenia( rip). I'm fairly new here but so enjoying your videos.😊❤
Welcome babe! What type of dog was Zenia?
She was minpin/ chi. 14yrs, smooth coat, deerhead.
You are blessed to have a beautiful home. I hope you can keep it up. Especially since you don’t work.
I’m here because MidwestMagicCleaning suggested your channel.

Also here from Midwest Magic. You really deserve his recommendation. And, your channel name is perfection. Best wishes as your channel grows.
Not sure why you are hand washing your dishes before dishwasher. I rinse mine only if chunks..then let dishwasher do its job
Same here. If anything all that dawn dish soap with turn the water in the dishwasher to bubbles in turn making the dishwasher run ineffective. Just rinse and put them in girl. Cut your dishes time in half :)
I enjoyed spending time watching you clean. You reminded me of me at your age. Great job.
So refreshing to watch a home look real (messy - like mine!). Thank you for not showing us your "perfect" life and home.
1) trash. Pick up the trash
2) dishes. Move them to the sink. Do them if you can
3) laundry. Gather it and start a load if you can.
4) put away the things that have a place
5) find a place for the things that don’t have a place.
And you've probably made up your mind by now but I like the rug 😊
💜💜
Okay, I finished the second half of the video and 1) I love your humour,
2) I also relate to the if-I-can't-see-it-it-ceases-to-exist problem 😣,
3) I loved your "chatting just to chat" so no need to apologise,
4) I can confirm that while I miss my rotty deeply, I do not miss the utterly ridiculous amount of fur that would end up everywhere (I would be regularly shocked she still had any fur left with how much shed would shed lol),
5) I'm impressed with how much you got done after you weren't feeling it anymore!
@@suzannewoods6665 thank you so much Suzanne ❤️

Update: bedroom clean -- just have to sweep and vacuum, kitchen pretty good. Bathroom sparkling. Stove looks brand new. All dishes washed even though I didn't have many, swep, just need to mop BUT THE BIG JOB is next: fridge and freezer. I figure it should take about an hour. or less.

I came from Midwest Magic Cleaning and I'm obsessed. Absolutely love the video!! I'll slowly be going through the backlog hehe!
Love the realness of your cleaning, totally motivated me today! ❤️
I dont like hauling around a bucket of water lol
I agree, push yourself a little further but dont overdue it because the next day you will be depleted.

Thank you for the thoughtful tips!

You won’t miss the dog hair, but you will feel immense love and appreciation and nostalgia for the dog and the memories when you look behind a piece of furniture and find that big old ball of hair sitting in some dust after the dogs been gone for a while… part of you might not even want to clean it because it’s a final piece of them that’s long been left behind that you can’t get back

I’m putting too much thought into all of this. My mind is going a mile per hour.
@@feraltradwife That fast? Nice Office reference. 🤣👍🏻👍🏻
Came here from Midwest Magic Cleaning recommendation. Glad Mack sent me here. Looking forward to more of your videos. Girl we need Mack to make a sign that has his saying…” oh look, more dishes” to hang over our sink. I hate doing dishes.
Welcome !!!🤗
I’m so excited for you. That intro got me inspired. You house is looking great ! Great job.
Thank you so much Lisa!!
