I am glad you are getting over the incident and you are able to replace most of the lost items. Similar incident happened to me last year,. ALL I owned were taking away from me. It was the most difficult time of my life. I don't wished that on anyone. Thankfully, I am replacing then bit by bit and I totally get it when you said you felt annoyed replacing what you already had. Its an experience that come with great lessons. You will be fine.
Yes the guilloche line is super hard wearing. I never take off my necklace or bracelet I shower, pool, ocean with them on for years already. Also the black onyx. Great choice!

I really love suede! It's such a beautiful leather :) For bags, the only issue I had was color transfer on my Bottega cassette bag (it's orange and I wore it with a black winter coat), but otherwise the leather still looks amazing with consistent use during the Fall/Winter.
I have the blue agate and I never take it off even when I shower and no issues at all. I saw a blog about the necklace you have and they say it scratches easy please let us know if that is true . Congratulations on your necklace !!!!

It's so weird that they didn't call you back 🤔 maybe because it's a guilloché. I added myself to the waiting list over the phone for a hammered gold sweet pendant. The SA told me it could take up to 6 months. He called me back on the same week and said that if pre order it (and pay) they should be able to get it for me in a maximum of a month. He said he couldn't guarantee that I would get it but that he was positive I would. I am waiting now and can't wait 😞
