No funcionó para mí, con Windows 10 (1903) actualizado desde Windows 7. Me sigue indicando que no es una licencia válida al subirlo a la web de nComputing.
It did not work for me, with Windows 10 (1903) updated from Windows 7. It still indicates that it is not a valid license when uploading it to the nComputing website.
When offline registration file uploaded is for an unsupported version of vSpace Pro.

Hi, followed your guide but when I upload license file vspace manager gives an error " the license file you provided is not valid. this should be the file you downloaded from the NComputing Management portal. Please verify you are using the correct license file provided by the management portal and that the contents of the file were not changed by an automated virus filter or other means."
Do you know how to fix it ?
please when you make this all steps then after restart machine and try again licence generate. After this is work , main problem service doesn't work backend and you try genereate licence file but actually licence file inside empty then after you can try to upload online system and system give to you error (:

Does your solution works for u170 too? We have the same Scenario, an NGO/ONG bought some ncomputing u170 years ago and now they can't format the computer, otherwise wouldn't be aloud to register... Congratulations either way bro! Keep the good work please!

Hello. We have been using Ncomputing terminals since 2007 without any problems. We are currently using the L300 models. We ran into a problem recently. When we connect to the internet from any terminal, the keyboards of the connected users of all other terminals write different characters. For example, when you press the "w" key, the number "2" is written on the screen. When you press the "W" key again, it writes a different character. Or when you press other keys, different characters are written on the screen. When the user in the terminal shuts down the internet, the keyboards in the other terminals and the keyboard of the user connected to the main machine start to work without any problems. Our operating system is Win10Pro - 64 bit. To fix the problem we changed the keyboards, changed the ethernet cables but the problem was not solved. What should we do? Can you help me?
My consoles were connected but after few seconds a dialog box appeared saying this incompiting device is not authorized to used vspace pro so on and so forth.. What should i do now? My console is m300
