I've been following your vlogs since the Alaska trip and almost feel that I've been traveling with you and David. I've traveled all over the eastern US on a bike; from the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY, through the Shenandoah Mountains in Virginia, and the flat roads of Florida. I look forward to the next trips and open road and the sense of freedom that are part of an adventure. That being said, I would never purposely drive through mud or up a rocky mountain road. I have watched so many motorcycle videos over the past 10 years that I cant possibly count. But you are are the best in both content, quality, and philosophy. I myself started riding at 52now 61, after never having ridden a bike and now love my little suzuki-v Strom 650. It doesn't matter what you ride but how much you love it. Having said that I still want a Harley! 😆

All of subscribers love what you do and I'm sure there are some of us who are unable to do trips like those that you do so we really appreciate your sense of adventure and willingness to do it the hard way. But then I got to watch all of your travels and although I don't have a Harley....but rather a Triumph Thunderbird LT, I have similar memories of my rides. I've also clocked up 26,000 in a short space of time and like you...I love to ride. Keep up the good work. I also realise the huge advantages with riding and how it makes you feel. A good highway trip can take away almost any stress. Remember....it's not what you ride....but how you get there. Actually if you leave out towing, repairs weren't actually that expensive. I've dropped by bike on wet tram tracks, that cost me 6k. I'm the same, ride the bloody thing out of this world, ride it like you stole it. That's what it's all about! Go Danny!

MDB im not really into HD's but I've bought heaps of bikes over the past 7 years and 24 have been new. My thoughts are in the end-they are just bikes - and we are not talking hugely expensive bikes here either so pretty easily replaceable. There is no way you can compare top bikes to top class cars-the $$$ are way out of the ball park in 4 wheelers. We all know or should know you would not run the Ferrari up that track as that venture alone would be highly disastrous and would not end well for the 4 wheeler. But a bike - that's a different story and that is what it was made for. To get out and have a good time and enjoy the challenges. You my friend did just that-and you will have plenty of fans behind you for your next big adventure. Sure you have some haters-why wouldn't you! After-all all those guys have is their right hand and a keyboard-you have the lot!....LOL Keep 'em coming!

When you consider what you've been through Danny, over the years and particularly in the last 12 months or so and you haven't given up AND you're STILL kicking goals then who gives a fk what the haters say or think. My story is very similar to yours apart from the real estate / corporate thing so I get you more than some people do. People who operate from a position of jealousy don't have a valid opinion as far as I'm concerned so if they try to judge you when they know nothing about the real you then they also can go fk themselves.
As far as people accusing you of still taking drugs when these drugs have been prescribed by a doctor, these people need to check their own ignorance. Stupid people say stupid things. Actually if you leave out towing, repairs weren't actually that expensive. I've dropped by bike on wet tram tracks, that cost me 6k.

MDB im not really into HD's but I've bought heaps of bikes over the past 7 years and 24 have been new. My thoughts are in the end-they are just bikes - and we are not talking hugely expensive bikes here either so pretty easily replaceable. There is no way you can compare top bikes to top class cars-the $$$ are way out of the ball park in 4 wheelers.
We all know or should know you would not run the Ferrari up that track as that venture alone would be highly disastrous and would not end well for the 4 wheeler. But a bike - that's a different story and that is what it was made for. To get out and have a good time and enjoy the challenges. You my friend did just that-and you will have plenty of fans behind you for your next big adventure.
Sure you have some haters-why wouldn't you! After-all all those guys have is their right hand and a keyboard-you have the lot!....LOL
