When the Italian or the Greek wants to eat a sea bream, it must smell of the sea and nothing else. However, I would really like to know if a Japanese person would like a grilled Mediterranean sea bream. The salinity of the Mediterranean is about 3.8% higher than that of the Atlantic Ocean and all the fish are much tastier.

同意見です。しかもお値段が養殖なのに…
僕も思ったんですが養殖だとサイズと味が安定してるからなのかな？って思いました。
魚屋で働いてる人間から言わせてもらうと今天然は寄生虫のリスクも高い 養殖は天然よりも脂が乗ってて寄生虫のリスクも少ない。自然と養殖を使うのは理解できる。
鯛めし作るなら養殖です。出汁もよく出るし、脂が断然違います。
