Post is 4” x 6” not pressure treated half price cheaper than pressure treated. Rafter is 2 x 4 just regular wood. We did not buy redwood, just regular wood. But we stain it with valspar canyon brown. We waited 3 weeks before staining the wood, then we install. We all bought the materials in Lowes. Yes poly roof also bought in Lowes. Thank you for commenting.

What brand Poly roof cover?
we both it in Lowes, sorry I forgot the brand. but I think it's to only thing they have for around 56 dollars
So if it's not attached to the roof no need for permit correct?
