Hey Blue, imma drop this comment here to help you prep for the next 2 or 3 legs of Clear Sky, in case i can't make the live. When you get to Cordon, your status will switch from Clear Sky to merc. From there on out, you're on your own. Clear Sky will not offer you special gear and discounts. Since you're a merc, bandits will not be hostile on sight. Feel free to do the Loners quests without getting involved in the faction war, scavenge the loot from faction skirmishes, and unalive only those bandits involved with Loner quests. This is important because the bandit technician is the only one who can fully upgrade the SEVA suit, a god tier utility suit in vanilla that is poor at combat but can carry an army's worth of loot. The SEVA and Clear Sky heavy armor can carry you through the end game with just one Goldfish for the weight. Once you're done with the Loners, try to enter Garbage. Don't trust the bandits, but don't shoot at them either. If possible enter at night so it's harder for them to see you. Once you're there, you can access the other regions and more shortcuts should open up for you. Take some time to explore for artifacts, but also do help the bandits against mutants, it makes them friendlier. Eventually with enough cash and rep, you can buy a SEVA in Agroprom and take it to the bandit tech. Once you've done that, feel free to destroy them as you see fit
@nathanmitchell7961 I myself have played many mods before this, so it was worth to me, but as a first playthrough, ABR would be a great first run. LFO would be a great second run.
Hey if you read this would you mind putting up a tutorial on how to download and setup this mod I realise I am not experienced enough in modding or pc gaming in general
I will say, it's pretty simple. Just download the main file and patch, then just drag and drop into the Stalker Clear Sky folder where you installed the main game, and overwrite the files. First the main LFO file, then the patch.
I dont know why, but i really like clear sky!!!
same with me
Definitely see why people would, but also see why people wouldnt, unless its modded like this.

@@bluetherobotok I’ll do that
Installation guide's vague, how do you install it?
Just drag those files into the directory instructed in the moddb mod info, and replace.
And who say it's bad, expert's on the subject? I really don't care
A lot of people would say to just skip Clear Sky.
for some reason I took damage when i got the equipment on the beginning of the game.
How do you mean?
@bluetherobot yeah noticed it was acidic rain I guess ? Lucky I had that in the beginning of the game lol.
how do you get the hd models?
That is already a part of the Last Fallout Overhaul mod.
@@bluetherobot when I play lfo mod it doesn't show hdmodels. Is there a option for it or something ?
It might be the latest patch. Also in the description.
@@bluetherobot does the latest patch remove the models
Oh, I believe you need to check the box in the launcher perhaps. But make sure you have the latest patch in your install folder.
stalker clear sky is the worst game ever made
