One of my favourite ever physiques. This period was the true golden era in my opinion. I watched the 1999 Olympia recently and every guy was unbelievable.
The 90s was a better era with better physiques and posing but Melvin is the best poser ever. Guys like Ray, Flex, Levrone, Labrada all exceptional posers with legendary physiques.

I never heard of Mr. Anthony until today. What Paul Dillett could’ve accomplished with this guy to help him back in the day, he would’ve smashed every Mr O for 10 years running. That routine was the best I’ve ever seen with my eye on the scene since 1981. Melvin also had a phenomenal physique that was Mr Olympia worthy, never mind his fantastic posing.

Absolutely one of a kind poser that alot of today's competitors could take a lesson from..also your posing milos was off the charts sir and that's when bodybuilding had the beauty and art in it when you and people of this day did it..I watch you and Dennis and Chris on the menace podcast religiously and you guys are what makes my day listening to your knowledge and great stories...and Milos again your physique was one of my absolute favorites it had everything I love about bodybuilding...

No Burn muscle section, no problem with mid section, complete BB..

I think he had a similar structure as Brandon Curry, but i think Melvin was the better and more complete bodybuilder. Obviously, the better poser as well

Here’s the problem, today’s PROs use way too much gear. Classic physique doesn’t use enough to look like this. To look this and Shawn Ray, one needs to take a huge risk with gear usage. It’s not worth it. We’ll never see these types of physiques unless the science becomes more advanced.

Sub par conditioning with soft glutes and synthol in the biceps. Posing routine on point though
