Dear Chris, Thank you for this episode Chris. I really appreciate it. Having been tuned in for a few months I really feel you’re a very authentic and sincere person, which I greatly appreciate. Looking forward to following your journey as it progresses. Thank you for putting yourself forward with honesty and integrity. Best wishes, Ben
I noticed Chris talked a lot about mental health and struggles he had with it, not just in this interview. But is it to do with all PEDs ? Once you get off the stage and go clean, will your mental wellbeing become better ? Was that your sacrifice ?
"you do not need to be great" (awkward hypnosis attempt by Crhis, because CBum obviously has a calling to be great).. "I am not enough" and then Chris proceed with main driver being "validation (from others)" and "everybody thinking I am cool and successful". Why this social mirror tangent? Why not sell-fullfilment, fullfilling ones life's calling, calling by God ?

Hi Chris, I just wanted to reach out and thank you for the outstanding episode interviewing Cbum. It was incredibly well done-very in-depth and insightful into his mindset and the core topics that really define who he is. The conversation went beyond the surface and gave a genuine look at his motivations, challenges, and values. It’s always great to hear such thoughtful interviews, and this one definitely stood out. Keep up the amazing work-looking forward to more! Best, Terence
Amazing podcast man, maybe you can bring in Courteny for a podcast as well, it’s going to be so rich and refreshing to hear her side of the journey as well. How these two have taught us about relationships is incredible ❤
This episode is so raw, truthful and inspiring. I could embrace even more my vulnerabilities and difficulties. Thank you so much for this amazing work. Keep on going. 🌹
I was there for this. I competed at the Ms Olympia on Friday taking my third silver medal in a row. Not a bad year considering I won the world championship in August! So as a fellow athlete, that knows exactly how much it takes to compete at this insanely high level. It was a beautiful speech. I could feel it in my bones and it was perfect timing. His sixth win at the 60th year anniversary of the Olympia! He's gained so much respect from his fellow athletes for how he does, what he does and who he does it for. We can all learn something from this incredibly humble human who has also made an incredible business out of all of this. He's set for the rest of his life. Congrats Bumstead! No one can ever take it from you!
I'm not one that looks up to people that I don't personally know, but I can't help but look up to Cbum. I am not a bodybuilder, I am a woman who is just a regular Mom who loves going to the gym. This guy reminds me to just grind even when I don't feel like it.
What a well spoken and balanced take from a competitor in arguably the most peak testosterone sport. I loved hearing him be vulnerable and human. Incredibly good to see people at this level be real and open with the world.
Incredible on both parts. The perfect script with this timing and it was so rad to watch it behind the scenes on this channel and c bums. Two inspiring figures right here. Thanks for all that you are and all that you do. Well done C Bum! Congrats!!! 🔥 👑
Very interested to see what’s next for Chris. He could be a really great example for how to be a bodybuilder and when to hang it up while still enjoying a long lifespan and healthspan.
"Just lock it in" makes sense now after watching the training video you made the day after this.😂 You both are an insperstion! Wishing you both continued success!!
Its funny how he said he stopped doing podcasts like this because he felt he had to bring more knowledge and wasn't ready and then proceeds to have a very insightful, inspiring and honest conversation. Kudos to the interviewer as well, Chris knows how to guide his guests and bring out the gold.
In nearly every single way. I think that’s what made him so popular is that he’s remained a “regular dude” throughout this journey. He thoughtful/mindful and has stayed teachable and willing to learn all throughout the years

Great man to look up to, not just in bodybuilding, but as a man, all the way around. 🙌🏆💪🏽
Hi Chris,
I just wanted to reach out and thank you for the outstanding episode interviewing Cbum.
Best,
Terence
I've never felt more related to than 51:42. Just one axis of progress can change everything.
For me, CBUM and Thors from Vinland Saga have the same mindset . Their philosophy on life, pain, hardwork and perseverance are so true 👌 🙌
This is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to. The emotional IQ from both of you gentleman is absolutely stunning.
Love Chris. True Champ.
Incredible on both parts. The perfect script with this timing and it was so rad to watch it behind the scenes on this channel and c bums. Two inspiring figures right here. Thanks for all that you are and all that you do. Well done C Bum! Congrats!!! 🔥 👑
Phenomenal conversation. Cbum the humble goat and the Tennis play analogy was incredibly helpful. Win your way🙏🏼 .
This was so good. Congratulations on a great episode, Chris. Congratulations on an amazing career, CBum. I have a lot of work to do.
Wow cbum and Courtney are very lucky to have found each other,he's 6 x Olympia ambassador and a winner in life, such a humble beautiful human
Incredible podcast. Thank you a lot for sharing that kind of information and experience of your live, Chris.
Gonna be watching this over and over again
This was very pleasant to listen to. Y'all have great comaradarie. Wonderful message!! 🙌🔥
I remember that emotional Eddie Hall WSM win so well and it was well worth bringing up in this conversation.
I watched 5 min and Chris dropped so many wisdom bombs already
Very interested to see what’s next for Chris. He could be a really great example for how to be a bodybuilder and when to hang it up while still enjoying a long lifespan and healthspan.
Chris Bumstead is the goat, absolute legend
"Just lock it in" makes sense now after watching the training video you made the day after this.😂 You both are an insperstion! Wishing you both continued success!!
You were both locked in for this
This is extremely useful and motivating podcast, thanks a lot guys. I have fallen in love with what you said and discussed strait from the beginning
Really enjoyed it, helped me through some questions that bothered me
Almost gave up on this, glad I stayed. Good shit you Bum-stead💪🏿 . Great interview.
Its funny how he said he stopped doing podcasts like this because he felt he had to bring more knowledge and wasn't ready and then proceeds to have a very insightful, inspiring and honest conversation. Kudos to the interviewer as well, Chris knows how to guide his guests and bring out the gold.
Cant wait for the day you host Cristiano, I am a fan of this show from Uganda, great work
Proud of our champ Cbum 🥇🇨🇦🍁
I very much enjoyed the conversation. CBUM is a true winner. Happy Retirement! 💪
This conversation had been so beneficial
I want a episode with CBUM every week, grateful for this podcast.
HE IS THE STANDARD!
In nearly every single way. I think that’s what made him so popular is that he’s remained a “regular dude” throughout this journey. He thoughtful/mindful and has stayed teachable and willing to learn all throughout the years
Video quality looks great, it definitely added to the conversation in my opinion 👍
Such good questions and great answers. Thank you for this! I’m proud of being a Chris right now
This guy looks promising he might win 6 olympias back to back some day
He just did that
Two of my favorite people.
Another epic conversation mate ❤️
The lads are back
Beautiful wisdom between these two young gentlemen.
Thank you for such a great podcast 💝💖
Thank you for this! good role models are so important
