Hey, Ryan. I've been following your videos for a while, and I have to say - I absolutely love your style. Please continue the work that you're doing... Also would love to see some formula that you may have, at some point in time, tried. Something that was perhaps one of your earlier attempts at perfumery right when you were starting out. A comment on the elements of your composition that worked, and the ones that did not work; why you decided to choose a certain material, and what you could have chosen instead? Just a suggestion. It's been a real pleasure watching you!
I agree with you on sandalwood 😂 unsupported by aroma chemicals it smells rather “pissy” and light 😂 and boyyy is it expensive. Thank you Ryan as always loving your videos! I can’t wait to try this formula. I’ve made a couple from your videos and the one that stood out after maturing was 40 knots; unusual combination of powderiness and amber, to me not maritime at all, lol but very nice nonetheless.
Thanks Ryan for giving wonderful gifts for frangrance lovers. What does "to 1000" mean in last line of your list of ingredients? You give quantity for every ingredients but in last line which quantity to add in "to 1000" I m not understanding. Please guide. Regards
Hey Ryan! Great video like always. Question, where do you get your bottles from? I’ve been bottle hunting for so long. The dream bottle would be a pressurized atomizer but im sure i would need to buy like 40 thousand units from a company….lol. Im looking for simple crimpless bottles for the occasional bottling of some of my creations. Any tips?
Ryan, I’m curious to hear your thoughts- Exaltolide smells like body odor/under arms mixed with Downy to my nose. Do you get that animalic/funky note from it as well or is it just me?
I found the Bob Ross of perfumery and I'm loving it
You are killing it my friend. So many great fragrances featuring on your videos. Would love to see a L'immensite or Imagination video at some point!
Thank you! Noted. 🙂

The 40 knots turned out great! I bought a sample of the original and was surprised by the similarity.
Thanks for effort
This one is nice! I need to remake it with my new materials

Me too. I read through the entire thread and couldn’t work it out?
It's space in the formula likely filled by solvents like IPM or DPG. You can add DPG or IPM to be accurate, or leave it out.
This is correct. It’s a placeholder, shorthand for solvents. Simply add solvents until you get to 1000 parts by weight.
@@RyanParfums Ok, thanks, Now clear. My best wishes. Regards

Stocksmetic is a good resource for small quantities.
@@RyanParfums thank you for the reply! just purchased some bottles.
If you guys can get your nose on Fenty...it has a great geranium rose note that I think is gorgeous

Ryan, what software do you use for the formulas?
Correct!
Can you PLEASE do a fragrance inspired by Le Labo Another 13? I have all the ingredients but have ABSOLUTELY no idea what to do with them.

I don't quite get that. To me it's delicately animalic, a touch powdery, warm, ambery... it's very nice.
Both are correct but elude is used widely😅
Thank you :-)
Cómo me gustaría un videito de bvlgary man un black ❤ gracias Ryan !

hi ryan, whats is TO 1000?
It means “add solvents” (like DPG, TEC, or IPM) “until you reach 1000 parts by weight”
@@RyanParfums thanks
100%
Ryan can you make any formula for any fragrance...
Which is selling today in market .
Alas, no 😕
Stirring pipette and you have something sticking out that will knock over your beaker..... Had that happen.
Good insight. I would likely make that happen sooner or later. 😵💫
