Pallet Assembly System

This linear Pallet Assembly System by Demco Automation is a new base platform for processes that require a larger Pallet formats. The System can assemble multiple product sizes with some stations requiring zero tooling changeover and others with simple no-tool or single tool changeover.
The System is completely enclosed in machine guarding for Operator safety and includes an area with integrated light curtain for easy access to Pallet tooling and other operations. Access doors are interlocked for safe yet convenient accessibility by Operators and/or Technicians.
