Was given a quote for a 12 foot awning, way to expensive for what you get, then found out that $1700.00 was for installation......if you are handy, do it yourself....
My remote will not bring my awning up. It will only bring it down . when I push the up button it still wants to go down. It will stop when I push the my button. Whats my problem. Thanks
Of course when the sun is low in the late afternoon and evening it won't. they have a sun screen for that time of day. We have a 16 x 12' unit with a sun screen and it if perfect at any time of day. Our deck would be unusable without it.
Am I the only one who saw that when they opened the awning it didn't block any sun because of the angle of the sun? I guess check the angle of the sun before you buy one.

Adjusting the end is in the instructions. You'll need the large allen wrench that came with the system, a ladder and a helper. Was very simple. Only make adjustments a 1/4 turn at a time - a little adjustment makes a big difference.
TY for this video. The hammer tip to remove the shipping tube end plugs worked like a charm.
