It was like watching Barcelona yesterday, amazing performance from everyone in the team. Can't fault anyone. Hopefully Elphick's injury isn't too serious. Midfield was on another level, Whelan was world class as always, Jack was amazing and scored a fantastic goal, and Hourihane was brilliant in this attacking role. Hause was fantastic as well and at this rate, our new LB next season for me.
Hause, Mings, Tuanzabe/Chester, Guilbert - that would be a good place to start next season with. Hang on to El Ghazi too (and Jack and McGinn) and things are starting to look a bit better. Tammy is obviously going to go (unless by some miracle we get up through the play-offs) so we need to replace him. It's about time Keinan Davis and RHM stepped up to the plate, and I'm still hoping Andre Green can really find some good consistency - the lad has a lot of talent. Still not totally convinced by any of our keepers yet though. Perhaps they have all been a bit exposed by our deficiencies in the centre of defence.

I've been very critical of Hourihane over the last few months but given the freedom to press forwards and not have to worry as much defensively, he looked a proper nuisance. Fair play to him. The whole squad look sharper and more lively. Jacks return has reinvigorated them, just gotta help we can keep it going now. UTV.
With Grealish in the tam w're a top 6 side without him we're a bottom 3 team. I don't understand it, how can only 1 player make such big of a difference?

Lampard County have turned into one big dissapointment. They've sacked managers for more than he's achieved. Be interesting to see what they do end of season.
This is Lampard's first season in full-time management don't forget, he's never been a coach before so even if they fail to make the play-offs, he deserves to be given a chance as he's had a good season with Derby on the whole, he'll become a great manager one day and will go onto manage one of the top teams in Europe in the future, no doubt about it! He's still learning the art of management and he has what it takes to be a winner, just like how he was both an effective and brilliant leader of men on the pitch, he will be the same off it too!
