- hello everyone,
this is my first video on youtube, so first of all welcome to this channel :).
this video was filmed about 6 month ago, so a lot has changed since than :D . but don't worry i filmed it all and i will be uploading all of the content :)
it can only get better from here, so excuse my beginner filming, audio and addeting skills :D
I hope you stick around for more upcoming content!
Excited for a new fish keeping/aquarium youtuber to join the youtubes! it's the best hobby, and an even better community! good luck and looking forward to more videos
Great first video, congratulations and enjoy the ride.
Excellent first video! I also breed Koi Betta's but have not gotten the confidence to begin putting myself out there on RUclips. This is truly inspiring and I look forward to watching more of your videos! 😁
I like the white half moon female betta....believe it or not I had for a few lovely years a fully pink female half-moon betta named of course Princes. Nice video keep it up.
Yes any videos of you setting up the tanks and scraping and cleaning out and layout and putting pumps on etc and old be appreciated !!
6:52 I don't think its the air bubbles the problem, maybe the eggs are not right! I breed them in one of these "Hobby Artemia culture dish" and they go just fine. No oxigen, just salt and a light.
Wow! Phoenix is gorgeous 😍. Great tanks! Good luck with hatching your brine shrimp. I'm looking into cultivating daphnia and scuds for live food. Hoping it goes well...have to make some green water for the first time!
welcome!! i love the shrimp stuff & baby bettas! i like the atmosphere your video has :-3
It is always good to see the aquariums of colleagues in this hobby. Keep it up and your channel will grow fast. happy to accompany you from the beginning🙌🏽

@@Agnus78 oh I didn't knew 🤣
Pretty cool baby bettas, I tried for 2 years and gave up. The closest I got was the female laid eggs. Good luck and looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Great first video and I love your Platinum Betta. You might have better luck with visibility in that corner tank if you black out the backside with some film or paint.
New subscriber gettin’ in on the ground floor I can’t wait to see your future projects🌱🐠💙🔥
cheers from Brazil! ✨
Looking forward to see your aquascapes 👍🏼
Very nice thanks for sharing.
I have about a million hours of video that I have made to start my RUclips channel and haven't posted one. Congratulations. I think you gave me the inspiration to get started. I am now subscriber #498. See you on the next one.
the betta fry are so cute they look like little dots. Would love to see an update and how the colors developed
Hi, really like the format and looking forward to see your journey on here as a fellow enthusiast. I had the same problem with redroot floaters and found out they dont handle humidity from being under a lid well. I removed the lid and dose some potassium and now they are growing much better! Just a random advice :)
Nice video, good luck!
trying my first planted tank the last few years, lol.
keep up the good work loved the video, excited for the upcoming content!
Sub’d . Thx for sharing your hobby experience.
Nice tanks hope your channel goes well for you.
Good eggs make all the difference.
wow first video. amazing. here for the journey
Welcome !!
Your Betta is stunning!! Are you able to keep them with other fish? I'm looking to starting my own mini aquarium and you've really given me some inspo! Look forward to the next video 😊
Great work 🎉 waiting for the next video
Super cool video! Which type of floating plants are the ones you have with your betta Phoenix?? Those floating plants look like ones I would like to add to my tank for cover, I like the long roots.
welcome welcome :>
i have the same bowfront 6 gal! i was wondering if i could add some other fish with my female betta, so thanks for the idea!! I just have to figure out her temperament first lol
Phoenix looks lovely, really love his tank as well. Looking forward to seeing these progress 😁 I've never braved doing a proper video but I try to put pictures of my setups on my community tab
Great video! Looking forward to future videos!
very cool I'll sub and keep watching. thanks for the time
Did you consider using Co2 for the planted tanks ?
in indonesia if we have a same hobby we always say SALAM SATU HOBI, love it lol😁
Nice video!! Love your setup!
i remember when i discovered my first betta fry hanging from the water surface, that was a good day :D
Greetings from SL 🇱🇰. Always exciting to find a new aquarium RUclipsr. Question, i notice some of your tanks are half filled with water. Don't you get annoyed with calcium buildup on the glass when water evaporate ?
Yeah, I'm not a fan of warped tanks either.
I also wanted to get a platinum betta (pair), but at the time no one was selling them but places with bad reviews. 😬
I ended up getting a simple red & blue rosetail betta & he has such a macho personality, always strutting around like he owns everything. I named him El Macho.
But when handling him, he's very respectful & gentle. He's got such a fun personality!
Love that corner tank!! That would look so good in my office and I need it. Dont tell my husband lol
Welcome to the obbie from Costa Rica!!!
New subscriber- interested to see what the future holds 👍👍👍
So much for being the first one to find the new channel, 😆😆😆
@@mexicalifishkeeper 😂😂😂
thoughts on deep substrate for controlling nitrates, or dirted tanks in general?
Definetly lord of the rings love it!
Exciting.
Happy to find a new aquarium channel 😍 I’m hoping to start one soon also 😊
👍
Nice tanks. What floating plant do you use?
Doing very well for a first video! Great job!
Awesome video. You should try experimenting with depth more in your scapes. I think that would take yours to the next level. 👍
Love the kuhli loaches!!! I have 6 myself!!!
Thanks for sharing your tanks. Word of advice: Loaches are supposed to be kept in sandy tank or at least very fine-grained substrate
Lol. Myyyy prrrecioussss.
Nice nano tanks. I also like to rescape my tanks often.
I liked your video of your tanks. You did very well
I see your honestly and appreciate it. You have the artistic talent with your tanks. I look forward to your next edition.
Welcome Karina! I wish you the best for your channel :)
Hi, and thanks for charing.❤

Nice video, you will have a great career in youtube.
Welcome to the fish RUclips community!
Cool thanksc for sharing! GL!

Those plecos will get to big and become aggressive to each other In that 20 gallon tall
What were the fish in the 5gallon sponge filter cycling tank? They looked like dwarf orange platys?
Nice 😊
Good first video

Nice video
not enough light for your red root floaters. UP the light and they will grow and go red.

You have a German ring to your pronunciation....... About 25 years ago I had Bettas, about 15 males, not the 'fancy' looking ones but more like the wild types. Back in the day females were not as colourful as they are today, also no long finned females either in those days. At my LPS I always looked at the tank with the females and would pick a male out of it if there was one between them. (Between the females there was often a 'wild coloured' ( dark coloured) short finned Betta male, a so called plakat.) Because the whole seller and the shop keeper didn't know there were males in the batch I bought them cheap. ( You could spot those males easily because of the red ventral fins with a white tip. These days loads of Betta males don't have red ventrals). Well I bought those males and used those Plakats for 'the sport'. Very tough little creatures and smart too..... Had one that won 12 in a row, an all rounder, every time going over the 2 hour mark, named it after the Japanese WW2 fighter pilot Teruhiko Kobayashi...... Also if a Betta lost a fight, it will recognise the opponent it lost to and will not fight him even after three months!
Hi ✌️ good video and healthy tank
🙂
here to support women aquarist, staying for all the blue shrimps :)
