I am glad I found your channel now. I lived in Baan Po in 2010-2011 and got on well with Tik the caretaker who lived on the ground floor. Of course in those days it was 7,200 per month but I see they haven't updated the TV's and no lockboxes. Cleaning is no problem, with the heat you just sleep on top of the bed. There is still, according to streetview, a hairdresser around the corner who used to do a cheap manicure and pedicure for you on Pattaya Klang.
Good video, Reds, I hope you are aware of that when you were filming at 3d Road you were just outside one of the most popular Thai restaurants in Pattaya, always packed with Thais eating there at night time.
That's a great bargin. What about jomtien beach reviews. There's a soi from beach road to second road near soi 5. Last time I was there I noticed lots of guests house's. Just an idea red
Thanks for video! Good bargain but I have two questions. First is the street noise, how bad would you say it was during your filming? I could hear sirens and traffic which made me think that room was right alongside Third Rd as the balcony showed. Do you think they got quieter rooms available? Second question is regarding the safety box, I could not quite understand her answer on that. Do they provide them when you move in? Or not? To me that is a big deal having a proper safety box in room. Thanks buddy! 5 1/2 weeks until I'm in Pattaya so definitely trying to narrow down the list of rooms I will check out my first day there.
Actually Baan Po do have a couple of rooms at the end of the corridor on each floor that are one bedroom but usually occupied by long term residents. This was 13 years ago, they might be dead by now.

Because it's an AYCE seafood place.
what a sweet lady!, safe, smart TV and better balcony view would make this place perfect!
She is delightful !!

I actually have several reviews on my channels for the best value condos in Jomtien, mostly around second road
Very nice and local to all bars and restaurants

No safety boxes in those rooms. Used to have them but now 'kaput' she said.
@@avernvrey7422 Thanks
The other side was much better. I lived in 309 for about a year. Still noise like when the fitted sewers down the street but not for long.
Reds if possible could you check out bright house apartments just round corner from this hotel many thanks
Hey Terry. I actually called into that place a few weeks back and I seem to recall they quoted me around 10,000 a month for a room.
Nice room for the price
Can you find ones with a separate bedroom

Bargain and the lady is cute also.
No safety box !! Plus quite noisy from busy street. Lady was nice.
