Cute! Your cat is disappearing and materializing in different places. It is astounding how seamless your performance is. If it weren't for the cat disappearance I wouldn't register the cuts.

Maybe instead of changing the compostable bags with plastic, you could make little stickers to make the compostable bags cuter.
Instead of varnish, try matte medium to seal the backs. The pins are still so cute
I am so sad I was too late for the pencil cases. They look so great! Your products are all so nice and you put so much work into everything.
It might be too fiddly but you might be able to put together a measured setup for your rubber stamp. I've seen people who craft their own greeting cards with stamps. They're able to lay a blank card down, ink the stamps and basically assembly line their cards. Everything is always in the same and right orientation. I hope that makes sense.

I can also relate with the fur issue…I currently have a Himalayan, a Maine Coon, and two Siberian Huskies. The birds love shedding season here 😂😊

What if you use the gift tag idea on all three products. The pencil case, binder clips and lanyard Maybe print a different sticker for each one. Clip the tag inside the binder clip. And add the tag to the lanyard keeping the original package.
If you just so the back of the wooden cats that you’ve created, then you can add anything you want on top, including your signature, and it won’t feather out and the varnish will work properly
Ummmm just my 3¢......In regards to making more stuff to put in packages etc...... BUT what I have heard from many different people that run their own stores selling items etc.. they try to put labels or stickers on everything with at the least website/shop info as things could be gifts for others and end up anywhere. And not always stay with insert with you info that you put in the order.
But they just try to do it in ways that will be the least out of pocket cost to the seller/ shop owner as possible!!

Have you ever tried watercolor ground. It's a product like jesso made for watercolor.
You know you can acrylic gouache it’s really good it has the same drying mat is acrylics but highly more painted more colour and paint paint then a gouache
I was wondering if the stickers on the binder clips stop the packaging from being recyclable?
