Don't pressure yourself to work quicker, or do more, just to feed the algorithm. I enjoy your content because you enjoy making it, and that shows, especially in projects like this one!
Regardless of where you are getting the vanilla, you're putting it in while it's hot, which will guarantee that you are evaporating off much of the volatile aromatics, which is the main thing that gives better vanilla depth vs vanillin/artificial vanilla flavoring. Any good smells from heating it are compounds that won't be in the beverage when you drink it.
If you put a wet towel under the bowl as you mix it will prevent it from spinning. You can wrap the towel around the bottom, so it has a nice holder to sit in. The video was a great watch. Definitely seems like something to try to make especially considering how easy the soda is.
I was thinking about you yesterday. I love the content- it inspires me to get creative in the kitchen. Nothing beats homemade, even if you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I made a drink that kind of tasted like root beer with strips of black birch, lime zest, and maple❤
Personally, I think that it might not be a marshmellow fluff, but more of a flavored whipped cream. The stuff at the park seems like was dissolving into the "beer" part and the fluff was maintaining it's shape more as well.
@@FlavorLab yeah it was the most noticeable at home 0:30. More than the buzzing distortion, the most noticeable thing was the `sharp` highs when speaking `s` etc. I'm aware that it's not possible to use a pop filter on such a mic and even if it would look ridiculous, so no clue what the solution could be to this.

Yup, one of the few channels that avoids the “Hey guys like & subscribe” vibe, make quality stuff people will come.
you should probably wait to add the vanilla extract until the syrup has cooled to keep all the volatile aromatic compounds in the finished beverage

I've been dying for the recipe for the 20 American cheese singles sandwich. Lol jk, sounds cool!

Missed your videos mate!
Excuse me, sir, but will you provide us with a recipe for this amazing work of yours?

I can talk to my publisher! Are you able to preorder it from Amazon? If not I can see about fixing that!
