As a former CO let me explain how this works. If you come in as a celebrity we don’t classify you in GP. For your protection and ours we place you in AD SEG or a PC dorm. It helps keep you out of harms way, especially if you have a good lawyer(s) and it also keeps us from having “signal 27” which is a code over the radio for “inmate altercation”. Chances are Soulja didn’t have a say in where he was placed
