    Olá, seu vídeo foi bem explicado, fiz exatamente como vc indicou. Mas o meu continua off-line.
    Já desliguei o modem, reiniciei o sistema e nada . Tem algo mais que se possa fazer?

      Você deve verificar uma vez no site qual nome de servidor seu país possui

      Acabei desconectado o modem da tomada , depois liguei voltou ao normal. Deve ter mudado o IP . No fim deu certo.

      Open main menu and select the camera it's show the IP camera and delete

    firemware version:V3.5.50,Build 180124
    device not assign dhcp ip ,server address same given but still offline error code (0x1007) how to solve plz give me replay.

      Turn on(port forwarding) on your router jio Wi-Fi or jio fibre

      1.Click 'Menu' to enter the main menu.
      2.Next click 'Configuration'.
      3.Now click 'Exceptions'.
      4.Now select 'All' from the drop down next to 'Exception Type'.
      5.Uncheck the 'Audible Warning' tick box and click the 'Apply' button.
