Mutton mandi is a very famous Arabic dish made using mutton, which is cooked with various spices alond with smoky flavoured rice
INGREDIENTS
FOR MANDI MASALA POWDER
Coriander seeds - 4 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - 12
Cloves - 20
Dried red chilies - 5
Cinnamon - 5
Black peppercorns - 2 teaspoon
Black cardamom - 1
Nutmeg - 1 piece
Ginger powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 3 to 4 teaspoon
Lemon 2
Saffron - 4 pinches
Salt as required
Mutton - 1 kilo big pieces
Basmati rice - 1 kilo
Garlic cloves - 20
Paprika powdre / red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Green chilies - 4
Few fried onions
Few nuts - almonds, raisins and cashews
Few chopped coriander leaves

But i wonder how is this recipe complete without dried black lemon bcoz my relatives use it while making mandi....
