This video has me missing Bugsnax hardcore, I 100% the game on Xbox before it got taken off gamepass and I've been planning on purchasing it on Steam so I can 100% it again (even the mail quests) but this video has motivated me to also attempt a speedrun My favorite grumpus has to be Floofty for sure
1:23 this is true actually! the devs talked about it in an ign video a while ago that if the normal player wasn't going to ever face these exploits they wanted to leave it in for potential speedrunners
awesome video awesome speedrun, I have a cool trick for mothza, idk how to exactly do it but the 3rd hit can be skipped by making mothza make the tornados throw the bombino into it, skipping some time

If you're still struggling with it, you can join the Bugsnax speedrun Discord for help. You have to almost run off of the Lunchpad as you activate it, sending you farther than usual.
That's in the DLC for Bugsnax, Broken Tooth. This was a speedrun for the main game, but if enough people show interest I'd do a Bugsnax DLC speedrun :)

I dislike the megamaki fight because every time I was given horrible RNG with the poles while platinuming this game
It was my least favorite too, pretty frustrating both casually and to speedrun.
Yeah it was definitely the hardest boss fight
I was just watching it right now, and he had the same strategy as me to get the scorch gorge. That’s amazing.
It's quite surprising how easy it is to exploit Bugsnax to skip entire sections, but it makes for really cool speedruns!
