bro i have 8gb ddr3 1333mhz ram core 2 duo e8400 3.0 ghz and intel g41 mother board and intel g41 chipset gpu with 128 mb vram gta 5 runs with 60 fps ( btw i do a lot optimizenation of my pc and gta v too get max fps with out any optimize it runs 30 fps to frame drop
