Yes I seen but I didn't understand in this Schmitt trigger ckt bcz when the inverting input is high it's output is negative feedback so how's it called positive feedback

Don't mix up 'inverting' and 'negative'. Negative feedback means feeding back samples of output to the inverting terminal. Positive feedback means feeding back samples of output to the non-inverting terminal. Inverting refers to inverted output with respect to input. I hope it's clear now.
