Have you thought of Installing a Lincoln Automatic Lubrication system on your combine to grease your combine on the go? It would eliminate the need to crawl around the combine and save you maintenance costs in the long run. Give us a shout, we can help!
Hi Zack, We love your videos. My dog not so much! Every time she hears your voice, she gets up, and goes to the other room! lol! I wish I could post a video. We won't quit watching. 🤣🤣
I found some little orange round price tag stickers that work great for marking grease zerks. Just put a sticker in the vicinity of every grease zerk and they're much easier to spot.
Everytime I see under the shields of a Green combine it makes me like my Red combine even more (only 8 grease zerks and very few belts or chains)!! Happy and safe harvest everyone!!
Hey Zach here's an easy way to find out about if you hit all grease zerks. When Puff Puff the Magic Dragon and squeaky shows up and starts smoking all your bearings that you forgot to grease. Something to think about💪👍👍
I appreciate this channel. I never knew what all row crop farmers had to go through. Amazing how much information you folks have to know. Blessings to the farmers out there...
So there I was working our company booth talking to a neighboring booth at Husker Harvest Days and there walks by the guy from May Wes. All I could think was oh man I'm in the presence of an actor that plays a youtube presence on another actor's channel.
Your farm 🚜 gear makes me wish I'd been a farmer. Well, the gear, the deerstands 🦌, the sleds & ATVs, and especially the distance from other people... 😅😂😊
The shwans truck used to come to our farm here in Manitoba when I was a kid. My grandma would buy these ice cream pop things. I didn’t think the truck was still around.
John Deere should start putting grease zerk banks on their combines like they do some of their other equipment. It would make maintenance so much more simple.
Hello fellow Green combine zerk hunter we bought a used 670 and it had all the 50 hrs painted jd yellow and all the 400hrs painted white. Now on the new combine it was back to hunting until I painted them the same now can see them as soon as you open the covers. Hopefully this helps good luck this fall hope all goes good and safe
Zach, is there anyway we can get a clip of your mom sometime. I have a strong suspicion you get your personality from her, your dad has a heart of gold and the most even keeled personality. I am picturing your mom similar in personality as Ms. LeClaire Bryan.
Great awesome video zach. Zach you should have gps on your grease gun lol 😂 no filters bad boy lol 😂, thank god for jim , lots of maintenance on the big green combine , just a silly man and his cat dog and dogs for ice cream ,
Thanks for another great video. Equipment maintenance is always important and takes time to do. Looks like your combine is ready to go. Good to see Jim. He is a great person to have help with equipment maintenance and repair. Good man to have around. You mentioned a new trailer. Suppose you got a different grain trailer ????! Will have to show it to us. Busy time getting ready for harvest and then is go time. Busy time then. Thanks for everything Zach. The Iowa Farm Boy.
Hey Zach, you guys really take good care of your equipment. It always looks NEW !! Just love your finger- snapping slight of hand - must have taken years of practice !! Ha, Ha !!
Zach: I've enjoyed your channel for a couple of years so far and know I will continue as you give invaluable insight into farmers and farming that everyone in the country should appreciate. Thanks for not being political as we have way to much of that to contend with. Since you often offer items for sale to help other farmers, I was wondering if you post a complete list for review for those farmers that might need something you have but don't see a particular video when you mention the item. Keep up the good work Zach and crew!!!

Am I the only one who thought pouring the oil out of the bucket was extremely satisfying?

You can tell a craftsman by the quality of his tools and how well they’re cared for and maintained.
Go time!

Great to see Jim.
I feel the need.... the need for harvest time! {high five}

Jim the Legend!!!
Here he comes to save the day. Thanks Jim.
To help locating grease zerks, we would use bright fluorescent pink paint and paint them all. Easy to spot that way.
It’s the most wonderful time over the year.
I’m ready!! 🎉🇺🇸
hey, we dentist has feeiillings too!
Jim..... Good to see you.
Well done on the Gold Member reference.
One of the best lines in a movie ever.
JIM good to see you sir 👍👍😂!! Thanks
Use to go to farms and service their equipment wish they had valves instead of pan plugs. Had a few full buckets like the one you had 😀
Put bright orange dots in the access location for the grease fittings. One dot for each zerk.
Hope there was beer at that meeting.
Tool Time!
It's cab corn time!!!!
Ready for Harvest!
Yust about time ta fill dem bins back up again, you betcha!
Must be harvest time up north, time to do a months worth of work on the harvest equipment, lol. Already done with corn in Alabama.
We’re behind in Central Bama, breakdowns and rain!🤦🏻♂️
So there I was working our company booth talking to a neighboring booth at Husker Harvest Days and there walks by the guy from May Wes. All I could think was oh man I'm in the presence of an actor that plays a youtube presence on another actor's channel.

It never cease to amaze me at the size and complexity of the machinery you use. Thanks for sharing your life with us. J.Au-en
You get sick of grease fittings, that’s for sure!😂
Your farm 🚜 gear makes me wish I'd been a farmer.
Well, the gear, the deerstands 🦌, the sleds & ATVs, and especially the distance from other people... 😅😂😊

Gotta love Jim, the star of the channel. Wish we could see more of him.!
The shwans truck used to come to our farm here in Manitoba when I was a kid. My grandma would buy these ice cream pop things. I didn’t think the truck was still around.

But you know they’d find the worst spot to put it though😂
Its currently 23:05 here in the netherlands
Harvest time weather woes
Look at you Millennials, with your fancy grease guns !
Amazing! You have the same drain pans I do for changing filters and oil.😅
Combine Time!!!!

From Australia 🇦🇺
Really Zach you quoted Austin Powers Goldmember 😂😂😂.

Every time you change filters it reminds me of the issue you had with the filter that refused to come off!! Still chuckle on that one!!
So that's what rain looks like. I haven't seen it in so long I forgot.

Farmer from Norway here. Can confirm, those greasepoint maps are useful, but getting to the greasepoints can be a really big pain in the ass.
