Every ....Every...Moment in you life is very very important...Every moment in your life is very very important.!!!!!...I pray that i can grab a hold of this truth...If we really do see this we will not waste one second......
"Existence in the body is intolerable." Thank you. So nice to hear someone acknowledge it. Just like when I first read the Four Noble Truths. It was a relief that someone was coming right out and saying it.
It is. Being ripped from consciousness and imprisoned in the body is awful. Dream after dream we suffer. It does get old. Intellectually I know it’s wrong identification with the body, experientially there is still the belief that I am the body or mind
I find that if I stare at my own eyes in the mirror for more than a few minutes I start to notice that some force is looking back at me. Then I can see It is the animating force that I am. It is me. The body is not me.. Anyone who tries this will undoubtedly experience that the body is not what you are. You are the animating force looking through the eyes.
