Can I just say how ACTUALLY terrifying it is to hear their voice when it isn't them
I love how the AI was copying Bobs voice and Bob knew this so he proceeded to gaslight Mark as if nothing was wrong 💀
The way that Mark looked to see if anyone was following, and he sees Wade but then he notices that theres too many shadows walking through the snowstorm after him is fucking incredible.
One time the mimic copied my friend just sneezing over and over again, it was horrifying, endless sneezing in the corridors
hearing bob laughing when its the skinwalker, knowing bob doesn't laugh like that is terrifying
Mark seeing that mimic on that ship as he turned the corner was genuinely horrifying
Hearing bob talk over himself in an odd tone was one of the creepiest things I have ever heard, and the fact that mark picked up on it before anyone is proof that mark knows his friends and has played way too many horror games

Mark himself is the true lethal company tbh.
Idk if these mimic crew mates are modded or not but they are the most terrifying thing in this game so far. Also they are so amazing in this episode! It feels almost scripted how they are slowly hinted at the whole episode and then at the end they get ambushed by a ton of them
Mark accidentally saving himself by running straight into the hut was one of the mark moments of all times
You can feel the tension where Mark doubts if Bob and Wade are actually real, or if they are just enemies using fragments of his friends trying to get him to stop looking at the Angel so he dies. The fear if you can trust your friends are actually your friends: . . Honestly freaky. X’D
Wade is so good about being like "Ah yes, that means shit is fucked. How close is it?" And giving absolutely no context for whats up in the most cryptic way. I love it.

Not like mark is going to see this, but i highly recommend getting the mod that turns off the mask for the mimic (it also copies the player’s cosmetic items and suits). It makes it 100 TIMES MORE SCARY. Played with my bf with that mod, and I remember just seeing him at the end of the hall way, staring at me. I genuinely thought it was him, and then he started full on sprinting at me. It was a mimic, and let me tell you i have never been so scared in a video game.
Hearing Bob talking after he was already dead legitimately made my skin crawl. Especially the laughing.
The mimic giggling was just mad terrifying and funny seeing Mark panic.

Mark the first time they saw a Coilhead: OOOOOOH, IT'S LIKE A WEEPING ANGEL, so cooool. This isn't good, guys.
