Hi dr aimee, thank you so much that you made this youtube channel! It helps a lot and you’re very kind! I’m 27 years old. In 2018 i was diagnosed as PCOS because i have irregular periods and my eggs was small. Because i havent married back then, i didnt take it very seriously. And then i got married on Oct 2020, there was abnormal uterine bleeding so i went to the doc on Nov 2020 and the doc found a cyst on my right ovary in diameter +/-2 cm. And the doc sent me to do the blood test and these were the results
LH 6,7 mIU/mL
FSH 3,69 mIU/mL
TSH 0,810 uIU/mL
Prolactine 19,37 ng/mL
Vit D 7 ng/mL
AMH 2
Ca 125 139 U/mL
So the doc prescribed me : fish oil, vit d, blackmores conceive gold, and letrozole 2,5 mg
And i havent got pregnant until now. But there’s no more AUB & no spotting in midcycle (because i tend to have spotting in my midcycle)
My question is:
1. Can i get pregnant naturally? Or should i consider to do ivf? (I havent done the HSG & sperm test)
2. Should i remove the cyst? I asked the doc, and the doc told me not to do it right now because he scared after the removal it might lower the AMH, which it will be harder to get pregnant. And i dont have any complaints
3. What should i do get pregnant?

Hi Dr. Aimee, can you explain more why you don't like DHEA? My doctor has prescribed it for me. I have 3 living children. 1 blighted ovum. 1 10week loss after healthy heart beat and 1 chemical. Sperm is good. I am on letrozole and menopur protocol with timed intercourse. Thank you!!
Pcos diagnosis most likely means that woman already produces more testosterone than throat for a fertile woman. There is no need to promote with dhea
Hi dr, I m 44 n my partner is 42. We have 3 kids each from our x partners, now we have had our all tests so they all r normal , my fertility consultant gave me suggestions for ivf private n donor egg as well n did told me if I keep going with natural conceive process . Is CoQ10 the same as Ubiquinol??
No. Ubiquinol is the better more bio available from of Co Q10. Ubiquinone isn't absorbed as well, and both need to be taken with fat to be absorbed. If you take ubiquinone you need double the amount. From what I know, the studies showed that 600mg daily of ubiquinone was as effective as 300mg of ubiquinol. That said, I've read about women who still couldn't get pregnant in those doses but managed to get pregnant after upping the dose for a few months, and increasing their omega 3. Personally I think NMN powder is the most promising supplement available for fertility right now, but you need a decent supplier, with third party testing certificates as it degrades quickly if not stored correctly. Check out Dr David Sinclair and his anti ageing supplements, but don't go too high on resveratrol or nmn. I hope that helps.
