Wouldn't it be more clean if we did it on another animation layer, so that the normal animation plays and this plays on top of it? That way we also have the slider of how much strenght we want it to also have and we can merge and bake it down any time. Am I right or not?

This is awesome! Are you scaling the curve from zero using animbot?
He is using simple scale "r". Press "r" then move cursor to zero point and start scaling, it will scale from that point.
quick tips and shortcut to skip the frame by frame setting in
just go to bake animation and select the frame you wish from start to end after that remove other you not needed. good tutorial you provided thanks
