Service and food was awesome on Reflection. Nice ship too. Not my kinda cruise though. Too many 'activities' were in shops and spa to sell you more. "Included" activities seemed sparse, though only one sea day might've contributed to that.
Celebrity is the best ....done a transatlantic in April on the new edge class Ascent and have a back to back booked on Equinox in 2025.We have sailed on other cruise lines but found Celebrity the best by far and have 9 cruises with them...have 4 with Carnival and 3 with Oasis of the Seas.... Celebrity for us now....Very nice video!! The lawn club has real grass on Equinox.
Love your videos! We've sailed quite a bit on Royal, however, we've also done a few Celebrity cruises over the years, and really love the newer ships (i.e.; Edge class - Edge, Apex, Beyond and Ascent). You definitely have to try one of the Edge class ships!
Hey guys!! Another great video and I have to admit I paused it about halfway thru to check out Celebrity cruises. We are diehard Royal cruisers but we might have to dip our toes in the Celebrity pool and see for ourselves how they compare to Royal. Oh, and it’s pronounced “fee-low” dough that the lamb was wrapped in👍
I feel like Celebrity was like old school Royal with two times a day room service, chocolates and things a little more elevated. It does seems to be geared more for adults and I would not book with Celebrity if I was bringing children onboard.
@@HappilyEverAft I like those little touches like chocolates on the bed, an actual refrigerator in the room and not just a cooler and the pool in the solarium is something Royal needs to get onboard with (pun intended lol). I could spend a lot of time in that solarium especially since the water is warm and my wife is a bit of a pool snob too. I’m looking forward to your next video on Celebrity and of course your next adventure.
You should try the Edge class ships. My wife and I were on Apex last year and it was amazing. Food was unbelievable, entertainment fantastic (not Broadway shows like Royal but wonderful on their own) and the atmosphere was very chill.
I don't like that class. No library, no card room, no Sky Lounge, no Ensemble lounge, Martini Bar area feels totally different. The only thing about that ship is that it is newer and has the lighter, trendy color and decor and the theater has great screens and tech as well as the staterooms having USB ports and such. It has most of the same specialty dining rooms. Too much of the Edge class is segmented for suite passengers so if you're a suite passenger you get to enjoy the whole ship and get a better experience.
Yes, it is like a treasure hunt onboard! Cruisers bring ducks from home usually wearing a tag (family name/ship name/sail date, etc...) and hide the ducks all over the ship. It's a lot of fun to find and hide ducks!!
We have only sailed on the Ascent with Celebrity in March. It’s amazing❤️. We had just disembarked the Mardi Gras (b2) the day before. So now to sail on the Reflection at the end of September for a b2b2b🥰
As a long-term Celebrity cruisers, here's some information you might find helpful. ADVENTURE OF THE SEAS: Balcony Cabins: 163 sqft Balcont: 52 q ft. REFLECTION: 190 sqft Balcony 79 sqft. It may appear smaller because the bed was near the sliders. We prefer the couch near the slider because that opens up the cabin. Great video.
If your only option for a vacation is a 3 night then I'd do it otherwise I do think that it is too short. By the time you figure out what is on the ship you are getting kicked off. I really don't like going for less than a week but would be willing for a quick trip if my only way to cruise. We were already in Florida so we just tacked on the short cruise.

We did board with the first group of people so some of the footage of the ship is when we are first boarding with just a handful of people. I did notice when we were at the show that footage also appeared like it was empty. The ship never seemed overly crowded but rather filled with pockets of people in various spots covering the ship.

That's exciting!! You are going to have a fantastic time! Enjoy!
Yay, you're back! Awesome!!!
We were on a 3 night on the Celebrity in June. We loved it!
We loved it too!!
Excellent. We will be bringing some ducks from Moncton NB Canada.
Greg and I flew into Moncton on our way to our honeymoon in PEI!! We 💗 Canada!

Thanks for watching!! 😊 We really enjoyed the vibe of Celebrity and hopefully we can try out an Edge class ship next year!

I'm taking my first Celebrity Cruise in Dec. I'm also a Royal cruiser. Hope I enjoy the Reflection.

Definitely on the list!! 😊
Can you explain the Duck. Is this some kind of a Treasure Hunt on the Ship?

Oh wow! 🤩 You've been busy cruising!! Love it!
@@HappilyEverAft got 5 more soon…short ones

Thank you so much for watching and for the helpful info!
JMO, but I prefer couch first as I tend to drop everything on the bed otherwise.
Did you request a table for two? We’re cruising in November on the celebrity Reflection. Nice VLOG!
No, we didn't request the table for two just ended up with it. Enjoy your upcoming cruise! November is right around the corner!!
Ok. I didn't know that. Thanks
OMGosh....I might have to try Celebrity!
I think you would really like Celebrity!!
First celebrity cruise tomorrow
Exciting! Have a wonderful time!! 😊
ohh, ahh, ohh, wow, wait, look!! lmaooooo
I love it...they re opposite of entitled!!
Why are you the only two on the boat?
I see your taking a 3 day cruise. Do you think flying in from another state to Miami just for a 3 day is a waste?

Hello, can you tell the pool is it fresh water or ocean water?
I believe it was a freshwater pool but don't quote me on that!! 😊
@@HappilyEverAft thank you.
Good .mourning. whats with the ducks?
