I agree with you Ally and the standard grays are not my favorite but they are defiantly one of the colors I admire. I remember this one time I was walked up to my chinchilla's cage and my Standard Gray chinchilla was sitting in a way that you could see his belly, and I was shocked at how gorgeous he looked! My Top Five include 1. Wilson whites/Mosaics 2. White Violets 3.Violet 4. Blue Diamond 5. gold bar Runners up are 1. Sapphire 2. Black Pearl 3. Standard Gray. (Also I LOVE Royal Persian Angora's especially the white ones!❤❤❤)
My white baby!!!! My Cheeto was my little pudge pot who would take a raisin from my mouth and just eat it on my shoulder. Whilst continuing to crap like a Pez dispenser……
My top 5 are: 1- gold bar 2- pink white 3- violet white 4-Ebony/black velvet/Pearl 5- sapphire: blue diamond To be honest I love all chins, how could you not 🙈
I adore all extremely dark chinchillas, actually do you think you can help me figure out what colour my baby girl is? She's white but she's got grey on the base of her tail.
@@AllysAnimalAntics I actually don't know the colour of the parents just that the breeder was curious about how she'd turn out. She used to have a grey patch on her forehead but it's disappeared as she's grown up
@@Miniae_Cecilia Sounds like a Wilson white/ Mosaic. Which is the combination of white and standard grey , typically they are mostly white with grey on the base of their tail. They have grey ears and black eyes.
@@AllysAnimalAntics ruclips.net/video/TEjdwm00P9I/видео.html Here's a video of her having a. Sandbath, she's my phone doesn't pick up how dark her tail actually is but she has red eyes
@@Miniae_Cecilia She's a pink white so a combination of beige and white, she has freckles on her ears which are only really associated with the beige gene along with red eyes. So what looks like grey on her tail is probably beige markings. She is lovely , I have a real soft spot for pink whites 😍
Hi no it's a different mutation. Black velvets do look very similar to black pearls but with black pearls there is no grey veiling they go from pitch black to white belly where as black velvets are black on top then gradually turn to grey along the sides and then white belly. Black velvets are quite common as they have been around for years and years and velvet is a dominant mutation where as black pearls have only been around for a few years and it's recessive so harder to reproduce. Some not so scrupulous people try and sell black velvets as black pearls to rip people off as they do look quite similar.
White tans are beautiful

Hi probably a Wilson White or in the US they are called mosaics. Do you know what colour the parents were?
