    Might I ask if basement area counts in saleable area in plan G?

    How’s the school zone and ranking, please. Ceiling height and how many garages and monthly management fees, annual tax ?

      Hi Ann, the secondary school is Terry Fox Secondary. Ranking based on Fraser Institute is below average but it doesn't necessarily mean it is a bad school. All units come with double side-by-side garage. Estimated strata fee is $0.17/sf. Please feel free to whatsapp me if you have further questions. :)
