I felt I was on the plane!! lolol It was good to see that the plane had piping air throughout. You're shown us so many sights that a lot of us would have never seen!! Used to take megabus from Cleveland to Chicago for a day trip… usually during the time of their Taste of Chicago… so much fun. Navy Pier, can’t go to Chicago without going there.
Thanks for the mini tour of Chicago. I've never been there and it is a beautiful city.
I have been there twice. First time with my youngest daughter's field trip to Chicago with her middle school. Was a chaperone. We hit a lot of places in just a few days. Navy Pier, Field Museum, and Sears Tower. Went back quite a few years later to visit an ex boyfriend and his new girlfriend who invited me down for the "Taste of Chicago" festival. It was awesome. It's sad these days to hear of all the murders there. I realize it's mostly concentrated in a couple of locations in the city but I still wish and pray that these communities will find peace and learn to live together. Great video, Chef! Thanks!
Was a nice gathering. I think due to pandemic lot of people didnt come. Maybe especially for the one coming up where you cook do a RSVP to see what folks are thinking. I know we all would love to come.

Hello Chef Jeffery! I used to live in Chicago and pretty much grew up there. My dad got his pilot license in Chicago. O’Hara and Midway airports are something else. Navy Pier is awesome and they always have something going on. Buckingham Fountain is a glorious sight at nighttime. We used to live close to Lincoln Park Zoo and I would ride my bike down to the lake. Gino’s Pizza has been in business many years. Glad you had a great time with your meet and greet. Thank you Chef.A smoothe well planned trip.Never been to an airport.I really liked everything. So big. So Clean. I really love seeing the plane taking off. Felt like I was going.The scenery was so pretty. The flowers. Tall Buildings.I could sit basking by the water for hours. So serene.The part out of all was the Happy People.I sure did enjoy that. The lake sure was choppy that day 👀 and that was the Jay pritzker pavillion near the bean, where concerts and such are now. We've had awful weather since you left. Strong thunderstorms and many spotted tornados in the suburbs. Thick in humidity 🥵 .. yuck. Continuing on today ⛈

I've been watching your videos for a half hour and boy am I hungry. I'm a Chicago native living in NYC and you can get those big Chicago hot dogs but not much else. I miss that thick pizza (next trip you gotta try Uno's or Due) and those slow smoked ribs. I made a pot of collards with cornbread and fed both of my neighbors. Keep these amazing recipes coming. I figure this extra Covid weight looks good on me. Lol

Wonderful video chef. I'm so glad it was nice meet and greet. I'm from Chicago but never made to the pier. So your vedio was a way for me to see it. I had a retirement event to attend at the same time so I missed the meet and greet. But I will plan to get to another one. Maybe ATL. My sister lives there. Thank for comming to Chicago. It looks like the experience was nice. The deep dish pizza looked delicious. The chicken and waffles would have been a great way to celebrate National Chicken and Waffle Day (which was this past Sunday).
That’s a great meet/greet in Chicago chef Jeffrey. Hadn’t visited Chicago in a while. You guys looked great Thanks for the memories there. Were there still taxis available everywhere? And back to Dallas/Fort Worth & back to Houston. Appreciate your taking us along. God bless.
