If I still owe child support and child turns 18 but does not want to go to collage and I have part custody can I do anything to lower the pay?
Also does mom have the right to not let her stay over a weekend if child is 18 but mother doesn't let her ?

Once a child turns 18 years old, that child is no longer a child, but an adult. Child custody orders no longer apply. It is up to the 18 year old to decide how much time, if any, he or she wants to spend with each parent. Normally, child support ends at age 18, unless the child is still a full-time high school student, in which event, child support continues until the child graduates high school or turns 19 years old, whichever comes first. If your 18 year old is still a full-time high school student and you want to reduce the amount you owe each month for child support, go to our website, www.FreeDivorce.com and watch the series of videos that explain how to file a motion to reduce your child support. However, if your child is going to graduate in few months, it may not be worth filing a motion.

Can a 403 b be placed in the 401 k box on dissomaster they are not the same
How does contribution to a 403 b effect calculations

You treat the 403(b) like a 401(k). Most 403(b) and 401(k) contributions are tax deferred, but some employers offer a Roth type option where you pay income tax on the money before you contribute it to the 403(b) or the 401(k) account. If you have a Roth type 403(b), then it won't impact the support calculation. However, if you are dealing with the more common type of 403(b) account where the money contributed is tax deferred, then it will impact the support calculation. If the spouse making this type of tax deferred 403(b) contribution is the "payor", the support will go up when you enter the 403(b) contribution in the DissoMaster calculation. If the spouse making the contribution is the recipient of support, the support will likely go down.

What if the child support was not in the divorce judgment but separate because it was a welfare case that is the problem we are having it was opened fraudulently.

Your boyfriend needs to pay for the children he helped create and you need to stay out of it.
He will eventually do the same to you also.
