an easy guide to defeating a raid: 1. find a 'high rise' building in a village (2 floors or more) 2. get around 2-4 stacks of non-gravity blocks 3. go to the roof of the high-rise, or to the highest point reachable 4. use the blocks to build a walkway on the roofs of all the village houses 5. stock up on arrows (1-3 stacks) 6. start a raid, then drop down & find the illagers 7. when u spot them, run inside & use the walkway to find & kill the illagers fr, u don't need to drop down to kill a ravager also, in waves 5-7, always stay outside, on the walkway until u defeat the evokers
I built my village on an island, so whenever the pillagers are raiding, they are floating on water and blocked by a wall I had built. Not only that, I have the advantage because I can swim underwater and kill the vindicators and ravagers without them touching me. The vexes and the crossbow pillagers are mostly annoying than concerning because I have full enchanted netherite armor.
tip to survive a raid on Bedrock Edition: build a tower and stay up high and get a bow and snipe the illagers. try to get infinity, flame and power V on ur bow. prefered height is about 14 blocks high and then extend the tower to get a full view or just use creative mode

I remember my defending the village the first time, man it was tough
same, i played with my brother. We died 3 times before the job was done. Hardest part was finding the illagers
I only found I village in my game and idk why there's only one.

I completed a raid with my brother and my sister mostly because we had 6 iron golems defending but we defeated the ravager together
