I always thought it would be a good idea, if you were doing crimes like this, to wear running gear. Those loud trainers, an arm strap with a phone in it, and athletic shirt and shorts. That way when people see you running they wouldn't think it looked suspicious.
Less identifiers otherwise. You couldn’t guess their height, weight, skin tone, etc etc while they wear baggy clothes + masks, running gear leaves more that can be seen and narrowed down
I find it awesome how it plays through the entirety of Intermission by Blur, and transitions immediately into Hocus Pocus. Perfectly one song after the other. It’s awesome
Best defensive position to adopt when opening fire on a dozen armed cops is always to stand out in the open. Purely bad luck she got shot multiple times.
thanks for the upload this one of my favorite scenes from my favorite movie and all the clips on youtube lacked the full version, I don’t want to skim through the movie just to rewatch this lol
He was a good-natured guy in the wrong world. He wanted out of the criminal business but Boss kept pulling him back into the underbelly even after his debt was paid.
at this point he thought bats did something terrible to his foster dad, and was planning to do the same to Debora. Bats killing the guard probably reminded him of that causing him to kill him at the most opportune moment.
The mistaken part is that in the list of deaths of this movie, her cause of death says Shot in the head and three times in the chest by unnamed police officers despite the fact i don't see her getting shot in the head but only see her getting shot in the chest
it seems like stock music. on another vid of this movie i saw a guy say that he isolated the vocals and stuff to try and find a match but couldn't, just seems like generic music spliced from the internet or just quickly made for this movie
is he really serious about making music his priority like when he needs to run but needs his music Mp3 player while buddy is literally shooting at him and the old lady car's,,, looking for a music first on the radio as he just jacked a car. Cmon this scene is quiet stupid!!!
Not really, the movie has been setting all of this up, this is its turning point from here, this is its plot twist and the only changes he really has is that his allies are now his enemies so now hes alone. No wonder it seems diferent
the movie was always about him escaping his boss from the restaurant scene. The psychotic behavior of Bats and the tension between him and Buddy&Darling further foreshadowed that something was going to go wrong, and that Baby had to get out ASAP. not to mention his girl and family being in danger from the villains. This was def a twist but still followed the same theme, it just stopped being about a robbery and Baby's driving

That’s actually the smartest shit I’ve heard in a while
I've never seen a jogger booking it at full speed, it would stand out.

@@xzeuii i know this convo is a year old but you can wear all that stuff under a trench coat and then dump it the minute you're out of sight
What runner is carrying a duffel bag?
Best coordination of music with a chase scene ever. Loved how whenever he stops running the song goes into the refrain.

100% Awesome!
Like Heartbreaker to Living Loving Woman or the Dark Side of the Moon album
First time I've watched the movie I didn't know both songs, and I thought they were the same song

Just noticed when he takes the car from the old lady, he doesn’t have his finger on the trigger of the gun.

Perfect use of music to display the anxiety
The moment in the theater that I heard "Intermission" by Blur playing I was immediately like "oh, this is going to go real bad isn't it."
That is the best action sequence I've ever seen.
Baby always has an extra pare of sun glasses lol
He canonically takes them from all the cars he steals.
Takes the car but gives her handbag back 😂😂
Well he didn’t want any money or anything
He was a good-natured guy in the wrong world. He wanted out of the criminal business but Boss kept pulling him back into the underbelly even after his debt was paid.
It's funny how the woman turns around, shooting like, "I'm pretty and I'm bulletproof..."
And then stars firing guns that require 2 hands to properly operate and not even shooting at a specific target
Honestly, Baby fucked it all up. FS Bats was the instigator but Baby should’ve just kept his cool and did his job. Everyone would’ve survived.
Maybe he didn't want to do all this for the entire movie and his conscience finally got the better of him...?
Honestly, he probably thought bats was a threat and had to eliminate him. He also said after the first job he didn’t want to continue anymore.
at this point he thought bats did something terrible to his foster dad, and was planning to do the same to Debora. Bats killing the guard probably reminded him of that causing him to kill him at the most opportune moment.
I feel like with what happened to him until then, and seeing the cop getting killed he finally understood he can't go like this anymore
0:28 Darling: Blah, blah, blah… 🙄😒
Purple car isnt really not subtle.. easy to find even a whole mall parking

Best movie ever 💯
how it feels when your the last one not tagged in school manhunt:
The mistaken part is that in the list of deaths of this movie, her cause of death says Shot in the head and three times in the chest by unnamed police officers despite the fact i don't see her getting shot in the head but only see her getting shot in the chest
I feel like it's an unpopular opinion but I like the scene in the car better than the chase. It captures the anxiety and shock so well
Bats should have put baby buttons
Man had 5 stars
this scene makes me cry

This is where the film starts going clueless of what the movie actually wants to be
How so?
