What should i do? It says Your PHP installation does not support the pgsql module. You will need to install, enable, or compile it to use phpPgAdmin.

it didn't work for me. I used Visual Studio Code for editing the codes of those 2 files. I don't have notepad++. might that be the reason?

Followed you exactly -- made things '12' now since we are on pg 12 for windows. Still, when I go to 'localhost/phppgadmin' it gives me an "Access forbidden!" page.

i did exactly what you do, but it didn't work, when i stop apache and run again, it shutdown unexpectedly
found the solution add this code: LoadFile "C:\xampp\php\libpq.dll" to httpd.conf. You can acces to it using xampp by clicking the config button :D hope it helps

this error Configuration error: Copy conf/config.inc.php-dist to conf/config.inc.php and edit appropriately.

It will work partially, however. Only your first database will load. Any others may not show up, potentially. Did you figure it out prior?
