All princess of Serenity status is more powerful than their guardian protectors combined. Chibiusa and Kakyuu are stronger than the Quartet and Starlights respectively. Only if an enemy proves to be stronger than all the protectors is when they are a very serious threat since it means that their princess has to get involved. I hope I explained that clearly, what I mean is that they're the last line of defense. Like chess you will play your pawns, knights etc first while the King and Queen will go last, they hold more power so it makes sense. Princesses of their status don't normally fight in the front lines. Usagi did it because of what happened in season 1 but when the dream arc and stars arc starts she takes a step back and let her protectors do their job however the enemy is too powerful causing Usagi to get involved. Chibiusa is simply following her mother. Princess Kakyuu is the only one who play her role properly, she doesn't transform with the starlights and she let's them do their thing but unfortunately it was too much for them and she had to get involved.

Heck no she has every ability known to man in her final form as sailor cosmos. Where as the other scouts yes the more they believe in themselves and the more confident they become the more of their ability from their start seed (their soul and power source) they can access, but only sailormoon can access each power source unlimited supply and lawlessly, sailormoon also when diving into the galaxy cauldron a lot of people feel she got the powers of the cauldron as well which is power over the after life and souls and the god of that universe is her guardian diety guardian cosmos they all have guardian deity’s for their respective planet or whatever since hers is the universe and the after life of course god who has equal power of omnipotence presence and science is her equal and guardian deity. @@albireotheredguard1599 purity takes time to cocoon and blossom in a person, I in my own life know this very well I’ve done a lot of research on this topic and its personal for me. People with the strongest futures tend to be very sensitive and take a long time to hit rock bottom and find their strength and become the person they are meant to be. Life is not going to be perfect it’s about ups and downs and finding yourself you’re going to fall down a lot until you eventually unleash your best self. The more you let yourself fall the weaker your legs will become metaphorically but it gives you the motivation when hitting rock bottom to finally change for the better.
