Well here I am in Minnesota and I had my open heart surgery 10 years ago , which made me pursue knowledge on how to be a student of what is healthy for my heart, I was fortunate to discover you years ago and gleam info and grateful NOT just for your solid heart info but your wonderful souls work here! 🙏👌💞
Your advice over the years helped me immensely deal with my atrial flutter by making life style changes. Other than a blood thinner I take no other medications and I am 77.

I will keep it real!! as someone with a somewhat questionable heart condition ( I got diagnosed with cardiomyopathy) and I've had a couple arrhythmia episodes here and there over the last couple years.(I'm 52).. And I've got conflicting diagnosis from cardiologists at University of Michigan hospital which is supposed to be one of the best in the world. I wish I had a doctor like Dr Gupta who could break through all the mess and explain exactly what my issue is and give me the best prognosis / diagnosis and treatment. I've learned that stressing about it obviously makes things worse and watching him makes me less stress than any pill I've ever taken. Dr Sanjay Gupta is truly a treasure.😊
I also wish I was there as I have undiagnosed health issues that involve my heart and other issues but nobody knows what is wrong! Dr Gupta you are so intelligent! Such blessed people to have you as their doctor for sure!

I seem to have entered an anxious phase that was trigerred by a tachycardia after a workout and ever since that day my heart has been beating faster indefinitely. I would aporeciate your insights on long term effects, exercise and recommendations when faced with this conditions.
